The credit reports through credco are very user friendly which make it easy to go through with a client so that when they do take them home to a spouse or reference it later, we rarely get confusion afterwards, unlike other credit reporting agencies we have used. I wish that the credit simulator function would allow us to simulate beyond the 30 days after the report has been issued, or would simulate multiple bureaus at once. In our line of work, we must use the lower middle credit score for qualification for a mortgage. I would love to be able to simulate all 3 bureaus on all borrowers on the loan, as a change in the credit profile may positively affect one bureau but not another.
