that everything is supposed to be in one program... time management, billing, business financials

**What do you dislike about BQE CORE?**

not intuitive... as a small business I struggle every time I need to do something... the "how" to isnt easy to find and there always seems to be a glitch!

**What problems is BQE CORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

honestly liked my old stuff better but now roped in so many years not worth trying to transfer the data

**What do you like best about BQE CORE?**

I’ve been using BQE for managing my projects and tracking time, and it’s been a game-changer. The interface is intuitive, and the reporting tools are very detailed, which makes monitoring progress and budgets easy. Syncing across devices works smoothly, and the support team is responsive. Highly recommended for anyone managing multiple projects or clients.

**What do you dislike about BQE CORE?**

the mobile app can be a bit slow sometimes, and the learning curve for new users is slightly steep. Overall, it’s still a very reliable tool and I’d recommend it.

**What problems is BQE CORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BQE CORE helps me streamline project management and time tracking in one platform. It reduces manual work by automatically organizing tasks, tracking hours, and generating reports. This allows me to focus on actual project work rather than administrative tasks, improves accuracy in billing and budgets, and helps me stay on top of deadlines. Overall, it saves time and keeps my projects running smoothly.

**What do you like best about BQE CORE?**

Support staff is available at all hours.
Time entry is now a breeze.  Employees can easily track their time against various phases of a project.
We can now show our clients a detailed invoice.  BQE truly listens to its users and makes updates to its software to their clients' needs.

**What do you dislike about BQE CORE?**

The software was at first complicated to navigate, and scheduling training was difficult.

**What problems is BQE CORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company can now provide our clients with detailed invoices reflecting both past and current work.  We spend less time on invoicing which has been a game changer!

I’ve noticed slow performance when accessing complex data, along with noticeable delays while content loads.

It still requires some manual work, but it saves time overall and helps reduce human errors.

**What do you like best about BQE CORE?**

The best thing about BQE CORE is you can log time as well as expenses in the app itself ,no need to look for any other expense apps .

**What do you dislike about BQE CORE?**

To remove a time record entry you have to move to the end of the line and then remove the entry from the dropdown, there must be some delete icon on the delete button to remove a record. You have to hit Save every time you enter anything it is frustrating.

**What problems is BQE CORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to keep a record of my timesheet entries daily. I can also switch between Days and Weeks using a toggle button to view all my weekly timesheet entries. There is a dropdown to select the Project code for ease.

The software is beginning to solve our problems of having information stored in too many places. This allows us to tackle things in an All-In-One type solution.

**What do you like best about BQE CORE?**

I have been using BQE Software for over 1 year. I have been regularly logging hours and expenses as part of my daily work. I love the app version where I can take a picture of my receipt and discard it immediately, this has saved me a lot of time by passing the expenses directly to the accounting team. Tracking billable hours is also quite easy and there are a couple of options to do it, from using project timers that you can pause and resume to the old manual entry method. Overall, I am very happy with this platform.

**What do you dislike about BQE CORE?**

The user interface, although it has improved a lot, I believe it could be more user-friendly.

**What problems is BQE CORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the mobile application, there are issues with the correct updating of projects when times are entered for the entire week.

I like that Core is available wherever I need it, at the office or from my home if there's something I need to add or adjust. I like that I can edit entries quickly all from a keyboard.

I have not had any issues with CORE, and certainly none that would keep me from using it.

Billing for a variety of projects and a variety of employee types.

**What do you like best about BQE CORE?**

It is very helpful that BQE CORE allows for my hours to be logged broken down by client, project, and project phase. It leads to seamless hour tracking between me and my team leadership so that the client is invoiced accurately, and so that the whole team has a good understanding of how much time a particular task takes.

**What do you dislike about BQE CORE?**

Initially, it was not the most user-friendly and it took me a minute to get used to where everything was that I needed. However, I picked it up quickly and I think everyone else will as well!

**What problems is BQE CORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing for accrate breakdowns of time tracking, letting us see how our time is broken down by client, project and project phases. It helps me reflect on how efficiently I am using my time and how I can improve time management. It also helps for transparency of my hours between myself and my leadership team.

BQE Core makes invoicing and expensing a breeze. The process is simple and any needed adjustments are quick and easy to make. Customer service is always helpful, and I can usually find the answers to my questions in the BQE Core Assistant.

**What do you dislike about BQE CORE?**

BQE Core could run faster, however, the ease of using the system makes up for it!

**What problems is BQE CORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BQE Core makes invoicing and expense reconciliation fast and efficient. If any adjustments need made, editing invoices is simple and expenses can always be updated and/or corrected.
