Coram has the same high-end AI features as more expensive systems, but with more hardware flexibility and a much lower cost. The UI is easy enough that non-technical people can administer it effectively, reducing dependency on I.T. staff. Setup was very simple from a network standpoint, and downtime was virtually non-existent given we could integrate our existing cameras and network scope/hardware. If you hit any snags, support is very quick with good follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there isn't much that we don't like. The largest NVR puts out a decent bit of heat, but that goes for any large rack-mount server. The NVR's fans were loud out of the box, but support advised us to connect the MGMT NIC, and they remotely loaded a quieter fan profile the same day that quieted it down.
