Free cameras sent with purchases have been less than stellar. Licensing is a bit wonky. You have to match license feeds with the size of the Coram Point in each site. With eight existing systems spread out all over the US, each with different IP cameras installed and no way to monitor all from one central location, we needed a solution that was able to connect to our existing hardware in order to avoid any costly changes. Coram solved that problem. The interface is clean, modern and simple to navigate with minimal training needed. The Coram app used on phones or tablets mimics the desktop site and is easily accessible while on the go. Downloading footage is a breeze and quick to share with others with a emailed link. There is nothing to dislike. If you're adding Coram to an existing system, as long as you have all of the credentials for the IP cameras and your network, setup is a breeze and things get up and running very quickly. I'm unsure if this there is an option for this or not, but I would like some sort of notification if and when a camera goes down or the Coram point looses internet access.
