The system also integrates with Access Control and Environmental Sensors, which is a big plus. We have already installed Coram AI at two sites and plan to upgrade all our locations from our legacy Digital Watchdog platforms. **What do you dislike about Coram AI?** Currently, using Access Control and Environmental Sensors involves integrating with third-party vendors, as there are no proprietary systems that work together seamlessly. I plugged in the camera and recieved a DHCP IP address and within 5 minutes I was online monitoring. I was also able to ingest exisitsing IP camers into the system without issue inabling me to use leverage my current investment. Our trial experience was solid. Hardware arrived fast, set-up was easy, and we were up and running with no hassle. Everyone on the team picked it up without needing training either - a definite bonus! **What do you dislike about Coram AI?** In my evaluation Coram AI met or exceeded the requirements of my installation requirements. We just plugged the server in and connected to our network. We took the cameras and connect to the network. Website was easy to navigate and see devices that were available to add. The website and mobile app are both easy to use and I really like how they use most of the space to show video rather than text or menus. We also use Alta Avigilon at one plant and Coram.ai is much better. The AI search is awesome compared to anything else I saw when selecting a camera system. "Show me a guy carrying a box", "Forklift", "Guy with red shirt". Others just give you check boxes to select Person, Vehicle, Object. Video response is good. Compared to what I have seen with our Alta Avigilon, its much faster. While we have currently only used the cameras Coram gave us, I do like the option to use almost any camera with their system. I plan on adding some cameras we already have to the next plant we are bringing online. We have run across a few issues and support has alwasy been quick to respond and fix them. We considered Rhombus, Spot.ai, Verkada, and Alta Avigilon when searching for a camera software. None were better in price and technology used (AI) then Coram. We have not regretted our purchase and look to add more. **What do you dislike about Coram AI?** I honestly can't say I have anything bad to say. **What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to see unwanted people that might be walking around our building at night. I have setup an alarm to alert me when the system spots someone between certain hours on sides of the building that should not have anyone. We also have employees who leave their personal vehicle in our lot while taking a company vehicle. We wanted to protect those vehicles. We are growing the system to now show inside our building to be able to view any unsafe instances we need to review. ### 26. The simple interface also allows a variety of users to utilize it rather than relying on IT staff to do it all. ### 29. Performance is great. I have used both on premise Linux based systems that are slow and clunky, and Cloud based systems that are often slow or feature poor. The coram system is fast, previews load quickly, scrolling through hours of content is as easy as rolling my cursor through a timeline. AI features to search video content are helpful to quickly narrow down which cameras might have what I'm looking for. Installation was too simple to believe. I literally plugged in the power, plugged in the network and grabbed the code from the unit to add to the coram site. I was online in minutes and viewing footage from my existing cameras. **What do you dislike about Coram AI?** Product unpacking experience could use some work. The main features we use are the firearm detection and setting up trespass alerts for after hours times. The alerts are sent quickly and I really like being able to open a feed from the link. When the cameras were installed it was a seamless transition since we were able to use the existing cables from our previous system. We haven't had many issues but when we have the response from the support team has been swift and very helpful. **What do you dislike about Coram AI?** To this point I really have no complaints. I would consider us a small company where 99% of the time we are doing any sort of technical labor ourselves, not hired out. With CoramAI, we keep tabs on all employees and manufacturing operations with ease. The phone app and the web UI are great. It took a little longer for us to get cameras hung and wired, but only because we had not outfit our manufacturing space with CAT 5 yet. After lines were run, it was very easy to add the cameras and get them synced up with the 2 independent servers. Very easy overall, just took some time! We integrated about 100 existing cameras into Coram and utilized AI technology across all our units. The AI integration in our new system has saved us countless hours of searching through video footage, making it much easier to locate key moments and incidents. I no longer need to check the SANs to ensure the hard drives are functioning, nor do I have to worry about losing hours of video due to a failing SAN or a video server being down for extended periods during updates or hardware upgrades. Whenever I've encountered issues, customer support has always been responsive and willing to help. They assisted me in migrating our existing camera system onto their servers, and we were up and running quickly. Since the system doesn't require installers and can be accessed through the web, more administrators can access it without needing assistance from the technology department. This makes it easier to access and simpler for my end users to navigate. Since we started using it, they have also released several features that have been extremely helpful. At one point, I almost gave up on 360-degree cameras, but now searching for and viewing video playback on them is easy. The system also allows us to set the camera to a panoramic view by default instead of training users to change views. All the AI features without all the propriety costs and contracts, what more can you ask for? **What do you dislike about Coram AI?** Coram AI is a new company, and I haven't encountered any issues with it. It was easy to set up, they walked me through the process on the phone and pulling the data feeds from all of our cameras was a breeze. I check my phone daily now, instead of having to log in to each of our sites with separate passwords to find out what is going on. Coram's got it all, the new alert feed is a life saver. Customer support has been great, they knew the product and solved my problem in two days. Operators can home in on relevant content probably ten times more efficiently than they can with the other brands. However, for any organization that depends upon regular review of records, you will absolutely make it back up again in saved time.
