  ### 4. Copper is great! Easy and affordable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love dragging opportunities to the next stage. The email integration is nice for visibility within the entire team

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I don't understand how to properly run the reports. The numbers seem really off and I don't have the time to figure it out yet

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a good way to keep track of all the clients and the days they've "sat" without touch points. It also stores all the details in one easy space

  ### 5. Easy to use + great integration with G-suite

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The integration with G-suite is unlike any other CRM system I've used. Syncs with all emails and tracks all the critical data.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Everything has been great so far. If you're a large enterprise org, this probably isn't for you. But it's perfect for a small/medium size org using G-suite.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

I've used many CRM systems, and Copper is the easiest to set up and integrate with everything we need. If you're a G-suite user, I'd highly suggest using Copper.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper helps our team track all of our sales conversations and keeps the details organized.

  ### 6. Excellent CRM to improve workflow.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niklas W. | Senior Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

A powerful tool, Copper is well-designed software that does exactly what CRM is supposed to accomplish. It is a critical component for organizations. As a result, sales traffic is increased, and the team's task is made easier. Sales and marketing are boosted because of its ability to contact more individuals and evaluate problems. Our productivity may be increased by controlling procedures and projects. When it comes to managing our organization, we appreciate how beneficial it is to be able to employ a variety of features and integrate with other tools in order to meet the operational demands of the many teams within our company.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Having thoroughly tested the system and successfully integrating it directly with the firm, we've had no issues with customers, sales, or emails. As a result of its success, Copper has become a key component of our work strategy. For the sake of its future-proofing, it should, like any software, enhance its user interface.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Unquestionably, I would suggest Copper, as well as the Google Suite tools for integration and a more enjoyable experience with Copper. We can see the outcome, it works well, and it retains a program on our devices that allows us to access the software and configure it, making it more convenient and at our fingertips.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wir have found Copper to be a very helpful and efficient CRM system that has helped us to manage and enhance our project's workflow. For our marketing and customer service, it has allowed us to automate using other tools (like Google Suite) and social networks. Copper major goal is to draw more people to the business network by emphasizing marketing, and I must say that it accomplishes this in an excellent method to address difficulties with attracting more people and growing our web traffic. Additionally, it allowed us to keep a much wider support between the consumer and us, allowing for a more focused sell.

  ### 7. Copper is easy to use but BEWARE of their Upgrade path trickery

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave K. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like you can search for any phone number or name and it will find it.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Their upgrade path is criminal. They are not clear about adding seats and their customer service is TRAINED to force you to upgrade even if you only want to add one seat. The criminal part is their customer service is trained to ignore requests to downgrade service levels. I tried just adding 1 seat and it forced me to the most costly plan and it took MANY MANY emails to get on a path to fix the issue. Their upgrade path in the dashboard needs to be transparent and made more honest and show the choice. PLUS< you can NOT downgrade the plan without contacting Support and they are worse than useless. I even contacted the head honcho and he could not make it happen. They need to fix this.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can EASILY find a customer when I need to and their scraping tool is VERY GOOD.

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi Dave,
We appreciate you sharing your feedback and we’re sorry you had this frustrating experience. We’ve recently improved the customer experience for users purchasing during their Copper trial, and in the near future we will be updating the process for adding seats to an account. At this time, all downgrades do need to be processed through our support team. I’ve shared your feedback internally, as we strive to respond to our customers as quickly as possible.
We wish you all the best,
Melanie at Copper

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like how easy Copper lays out all of your information and the fact that you can customize fields so that you are able to get the exact data you are looking for easily.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I dislike how outdated the system looks. It seems like a lot of things with the UI and overall customer experience could be improved. Again, the data is great, so this is just a small nitpicking issue.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that I am solving with copper is being able to track all of my leads, opportunities, and even past closed deals that happen at my current sales role. The data and notes that I am able to have are a huge benefit!

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like that I don't have to spend/waste time updating the CRM - Copper integrates seamlessly with Gmail and updates many areas in real-time automatically. The sidebar in Gmail makes it easy to add notes, opportunities, tasks, etc manually.

LOVE that I can easily create and run my own email marketing campaign/sequences. Would love to see continued evolution of this.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Reporting, even the new reporting still needs works and can be more user-friendly. Also, the reports need to update in real-time and should not have to wait X hours for it to do so. Export a report to PDF should be available too.

sometimes it keeps logging me out and I keep having to relogin via google.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Take the trial and just start using it.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one easy to use sales focused CRM giving me the power to keep updated and on top of opportunities but NOT take me away from selling. the email marketing features are a must have and help warm up cold leads.

Copper has amazing integration with Google apps like Gmail. It is very reasonably priced for a team that is just starting out and is looking to grow. It has a lot of really good functionality for the money.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It is missing some advanced tools like automatically emailing opportunities on a cadence. Due to the fact that it is a smaller and newer CRM it does not have as many integrations as other CRMs.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

This is a really great CRM for small businesses. It is really capable at a very reasonable price. They are lacking some advanced features which you can live without when you are smaller.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer resource management is the primary purpose of the tool. We use it to keep track with all of our customer communications.

  ### 29. Sometimes the best ally, sometimes not

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It is awesome that can sync up with Gmail, it helps me a lot to follow every deal with my clients, but, sometimes that is not possible, I am not sure if the tool is having adjustments or something, but it doesn't work sometimes, I used every day and I have work with many CRM´s, in my opinion, is the best talking about price-functionality

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I can't sync it on the Gmail screen sometimes, like 2 or 3 times a week

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to track all my deals, I can follow all stages of selling with my clients, also it helps a lot once the project is done

  ### 30. Simply Awesome CRM Solution and easy to use!!!

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like the capacity to make distinctive contact bunches for various exercises in my work. Truly basic and valuable interface that made it incredible to utilize.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I foresee this will change as their local area develops and turns out to be more dynamic. Perspective proportions on my screen don't coordinate at the present time.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Truly accelerated deals process and made it much more programmed. Time productivity across groups.

  ### 31. Great for Marketers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

As a marketing manager, I like that Copper integrates so well with other programs that I use. Our account manager is also FANTASTIC and is always helping me make things more efficient. I use the Zapier integration, Mailchimp integration, Email Sequencing, and Leads every day and it has saved me hours of work.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

My biggest problem is that there's not duplicate validation between Leads and People. So, as my marketing leads are coming in and my team is entering people, sometimes we get a duplicate.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest feature that I use Copper for is automatically bringing new investor portal sign-ups into Copper as leads with the correct marketing source, having them automatically be put on a drip campaign, and putting them on Mailchimp as needed.

There should be an option so that you can fill in the same information for the company and the person from the company to keep it consistent, and only modify it if you need to, so that part is not so manual.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Synchronize it to an Excel

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can make templates to send emails and it doesn't take me long.

  ### 33. Extremely resourceful and makes keeping track of company correspondence.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The task and project features are beneficial, and I also find that the email tracking feature makes my life easier when a coworker is out of the office for the day.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I find that someone could improve the due date system. I like to assign myself tasks, but I'd like to assign them at odd times like 8:10 AM. Unfortunately, we can only use the preset every 30 minutes.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of emails sent even to people not currently in the office and keeping track of past responces. It makes it much easier to get up to speed when picking up where a coworker left off.

  ### 34. I am President of Business Development, my team and I use this daily to organize our business lives.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase F. | P, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The organization and reminders are key for my team as it can keep them on task. Another key component for being thorough is the already titled sections that spell out how to build a company, persons, or opportunities page.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The only part that I dislike is not defaulting the opportunities' location when creating them.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

A necessity for sales forces.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having any contacts "fall through the cracks.

  ### 35. Efficiency of Copper to Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

- Visibility of the sales process
- Regulated access to user-specific leads
- Real-time logging of phone calls
- Synchronizing emails with Google Workspace accounts

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

- Sometimes it does not register phone calls made, so a manual entry of a call log has to be done.
- One cannot attach a file when sending an email from Copper or even hyperlink a document.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Estimated time to deal closure
- Maintain a pipeline and have it accommodate only active deals
- Harmony in a sales team, each user can access leads specifically assigned to them

  ### 36. BAM Capital Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like how easy it is to create new pipelines

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I wish the the tracking was easier and we could incorporate sales commission at different tiers into the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

It is a great price for companies between the sizes of 10-100 users

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing 600 Investors and their follow-up, capital calls, new leads

  ### 37. Love Copper for Sales and product launch tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper syncs with Gmail (our Corp email provider) and tracks all conversations, from multiple employees to a project or individual. It is by far the simplest, most effective tool we found for CRM and project management.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Nothing yet; we are fans! It is very simple and intuitive to use. The only thing I wish they had in the CRM in a contact is a "push to call" contact button to speed through follow-ups more quickly.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All employee communication to a specific customer or project is easily aggregated within Copper to not overlap or miss communications. This makes us all more effective and time-efficient.

  ### 38. Excellent CRM software.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clovis G. | Sr Project Engineering, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Thanks to Gmail's design, I can easily use all of the software's features without opening another window. Connection to Gmail is instantaneous and smooth. The customization choices are also quite appealing. In our firm, there are a lot of moving elements, and it was tough to find a CRM that could accommodate everyone's different selling styles. To provide each division of our sales force their own customized CRM experience, Copper enables us to design bespoke processes and tag approaches.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Lack of native marketing solutions, top of funnel and after sales services. There should be a mechanism to recognize duplicates. The fact that I can't pick a button and have it search for all possible duplicates is a huge concern. A merge is completed when you're finished with it. It pushes you to the top of the list and you lose your place in the queue automatically.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Spend time learning the system and all its ins and outs. It's important to document training and functioning from the outset. For better results, integrate it with data visualization/analysis tools. Use the proper technique and have a solid partner to assist you in implementing it.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our firm, we had a large number of contacts, but no place to keep them. On our separate business and coach phones we had Google Docs, notepads, sticky notes, pads of paper, photographs on our phone, and contact information. Our ability to keep everything in one place and share it with others was made possible by our use of copper. Copper has made the transfer to new staff employees easier than ever before. Because we can provide annual reports on who attended our events, sorting and filtering the lists has been essential to us. Contact and tracking information for all clients are also available. Customer journeys are not lost once they are in our inbox.

  ### 39. Needs further integration options, but solid overall.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Clean interface, easy to track data, productivity, accounts, and activity. Particularly the tracked email feature is nice and the legacy data analysis/tracking system is strong. Clean and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Needs much further integration with Outlook and other systems besides Google/Gmail. The faster you can set up accounts the better, also needs options for sending bulk emails, tracking bounce/open rates, and providing some small but basic data analysis like highest GEO sales regions, industry sector results, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Keep in mind it is built for GSuite

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of activity is much easier, as well as tracking some market trends for our business in select industries (via sort by SIC/NAICS code and the like).

  ### 40. One of the best CRM's

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randy L. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Wase of use, integration with G suite, ability to modify without needing outside help.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The ability to make one person the contact at 2 accounts. Many times we have multiple accounts with the same owner.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customer retention and our ability to see customer history is much improved.

  ### 41. The CRM of the future sales team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The interactions between the sales team and our clients

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Maybe sometime it looks like a beta, but its because the simplicity.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For everyone to have a good prospection of the clients or potentials

  ### 42. Best integration with Gmail ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James G. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper is super simple, light-weight and tightly integrated with Gmail. If you are looking for a product with a short learning curve that's easy to modify and will immediate and automatically log everything you do then I haven't experienced a better product that Copper. As points of reference I'm deeply familiar with Salesforce and Hubspot.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

There's nothing I actively dislike, but as you grow it isn't clear to me that this would be the best tool for a very large organization. Maybe. Maybe not. Haven't been there. It's fantastic for small teams.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you want something simple that works - go with Copper. If you want all the bells and whistles you should compare it with others.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper has simplified, automated and made our sales outreach measurable.

  ### 43. Copper for Real Estate Team

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gera W. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Very customizable and affordable for large or small team

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Inability to bulk text from Copper or the App without connecting third party app. Unable to use custom fields from the opportunities in the email templates etc

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Free trial was great for making sure this was something I could do the bulk of customization myself. When considering other products, there was often a paid support package available but that was not an option with Copper. The user community is growing which is great to crowd source more solutions

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking team members goals and contacts made. Keeping track of transactions in a place that everyone can access. Using one place instead of many for CRM, transaction management and more

  ### 44. Trouble migrating data

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lesvia P. | KAM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It is very easy the import-export of data

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I would like Copper to recognize some fields from companies to person/opportunities instead of re-typing over and over the data.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to filter companies/contacts by last activity, reminders, etc

  ### 45. Easy to find what you're looking for

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

This CRM makes it extremely easy to use. The search capabilities are phenomenal! Additionally, the system allows you to store items such as files, conversations, custom fields to track your business needs, etc. It integrates well with my Google calendar to serve as an all in one.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

No complaints at this time, some of the items feel a little clunky but I believe it is our own doing and would be nice to have a best practice set up displayed for us instead of our own implementation.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company can find details and conversations for the clients we have in one spot, it's a great tool.

  ### 46. Copper Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Ease of use and interaction for updating calls. The simple interface when using

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I dislike that you can't duplicate a call, so you have to create a new one each time. We have multiple product awards for an account and times when we would like to close the first award for an item out but not close out the opportunity altogether.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping accounts straight with actual intereactions being recorded via Gmail . My accounts are organized and updated much easier. Business performance has increased some.

  ### 47. OK

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

your spam emails srly, i dont know what else to write

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

your spam emails and the false message that somebody viewed your email

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

i dont know, im so so so so sorry

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

comunication and tel numbers at pone place

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your review of Copper. You mentioned “spam emails” as something you’ve disliked during your time with us. Would you be able to share more detail so we can follow up on that internally? We want to ensure we’re providing our customers a comfortable and engaging experience.

Thank you so much,
Melanie at Copper

  ### 48. A great no fuss CRM :)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly W. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The seamless integration with Google mail and calendar, plus the plug-in.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Very little, but perhaps would be better to be able to build some custom reports myself - although I may not know how to do!

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized housing of sales activity. Reminder on inactive sales leads.

  ### 49. A Solid Tool for Startups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper is lightweight for new companies. It has plenty of features related to what an early company needs and is easy enough to navigate as an admin.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

More pricing options for early startups or pricing based on user account access would enable new companies the flexibility to determine who needs what and how much it would cost.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It not only allows a sales team to track leads and move things through an opportunity pipeline but also allows for non-sales members such as onboarding to have projects and pipelines of their own without having to track in separate software. Its integrations through native and Zapier allow others to see activity as well.

  ### 50. Very Clean and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaylen W. | Inside Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like how simple and organized the interface is.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The only downside is how many emails I receive that are the same.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

I recommend Copper because it is super simple and easy to stay organized.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now do not accidentally call the same person multiple times. I also have noticed I make it to more meetings and appointments on time.
