"A good CRM - although a bit pricey"
What do you like best about Copper?

Integration with Google Apps works like a charm. Also, their plugins for Google sheets is great, which allows you to create various reports and charts using GSheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Price is the biggest drawback. Also some minor features missing, which I am sure they'll add soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real Estate CRM"
What do you like best about Copper?

Most Real Estate CRM's are expensive, complicated or both! Prosperworks is easily customized and user friendly plus it's built around Google and along with other integrations this is exactly what we were looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

We've only been using Prosperworks for a short time but to date, I haven't found anything I didn't like about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic if you use Google Apps"
What do you like best about Copper?

Simplicity. Prosperworks is intuitive, simple, without all the unnecessary bells and whistles of many of the larger CRMs. The interface is intuitive. It links directly with our Gmail and doesn't slow down my browser like some of the other CRMs I've tried. Absolutely love my experience so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

So far, nothing has stood out as particularly negative. I've I'm being picky I'd like it to automatically know company identities based on their names, even if I haven't spoken to anyone at that company yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome design, features, and customer support"
What do you like best about Copper?

I had not intended to pay for a CRM -- at least not at first. Thought I start out with one of the free ones and see if I really needed something better.

Then after seeing the awesome Google integrations, great design, and a first rate Android app, I just had to give ProsperWorks a shot.

So glad I did, and very happy to continue as a paying user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Only wish that features were more for general wider use than sales cycle. For example, a Person can only be assigned on one Company, which is not the reality in my world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very positive, supported. Most intuitive and easy to use CRM I have come across"
What do you like best about Copper?

Most CRMs fall short when trying to interface with email. There is always an extra step to get emails to sync into the CRM and that is too often forgotten and so information is missing. Then to actually do anything in program you needed to leave your email platform and go to the CRM to update your contact and say put in a follow-up. With the Chrome extension sidebar, all of that utility is right at hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Not a lot at this stage. I think the little pop-up messages that come from prosperworks are a bit annoying but it certainly comes from their efforts to be supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The most well connected CRM"
What do you like best about Copper?

I really like how easily they connect to my Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

I am trying to integrate my API into Prosperworks so I can send physical follow-up cards and gifts through my instance and you could use it as well... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI is very easy to use. And their customer service is very friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?
