I took a look at your account and saw that you signed up for an annual plan with two seats. A few months later, you requested a refund for one seat. As per our terms of service, we don’t permit mid-subscription refunds on annual plans. That said, our team worked with you to transition to a single seat on a higher-tier plan, something you mentioned felt like a win-win.

What I like best about Copper is its seamless integration with Google Workspace. It feels like an extension of Gmail, making it incredibly intuitive for teams already using Google tools.
