What do you dislike about Copper?

Support is terrible. It never improves, its shocking. How can a company never figure out how to retain their customers? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Copper?

Pipelines and the possibility of moving cases from one stage to another, adding people/leads responsible for each opportunity, and being able to connect with Slack is an advantage when notifying the rest of the team of updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

The part about reports is somewhat complex, and having to switch between Pipelines without being able to see something consolidated (at least in our type of membership). Another thing is that all users have to be at the same membership level, and it becomes very costly and senseless for us to upgrade our membership to obtain a functionality that only applies to a small group of users. What do you like best about Copper?

They are a Terrible company. There customer service is the worst I have ever experiances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

I was told this would integrate with my IDX website. It will not notify when someone comes into the system even though I asked this question to the sales team. We were sold a monthly plan but were charged $1400 for an annual billing. When I finally got a hold of someone through chat I was told the system would not notify me of a new sign-up. I knew at that time it would not work for my company. I went in and Canceled my account but received no refund. When I finally heard back from Customer service they said they were working on the cancelation but rather than issuing me a refund for the 10 months left that we already paid for they said it would not auto-renew again in June of 2024. Their policy stated that they do not issue partial months' refunds, which I understood as they would issue a refund from the next billing month. They are predatory and try to confuse their consumers. Their customer service is nonexistent and they just want to sell you something rather than offer a comprehensive program that does what they sell you. Trying to force consumers to stay with them longer than they are willing to and offering no solutions. Thievery at its finest. BUYER BEWARE Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melanie Raffa of Copper

Hi Carmie,

I’m sorry to hear this was your experience with Copper. We aim to make our pricing and plans as clear as possible. Customers can choose between a monthly and annual subscription, and it looks like your account owner went ahead with an annual subscription. Our Head of Support has reached out to your account owner to resolve this issue.

Your account did qualify for onboarding services with our customer success team to help with your initial set up, and this information was shared with your account owner. We appreciate your feedback regarding our customer support and will strive to make this process and our communications clearer and more accessible in the future, as your experience was below the level of service we aim to deliver.

What do you like best about Copper?

We initially chose Copper because it was meant to integrate nicely with Gmail/Google Workspace Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

The customer service is really, really awful. The app had a bunch of functionality that wasn't working well for us. It was pretty clunky and wouldn't recommend this CRM at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Copper?

I love the effective customer relationship management strategy, which focuses on establishing strong links between the company and potential customers. In addition, its versatility allows for the creation of multiple workflows, including those for sales. A feature I value highly is its affordability for any type of business, as well as the friendliness and willingness of the customer service team, who help users make the right decisions based on their needs. The most remarkable thing about Copper CRM is that it provides a holistic and unique perspective of our business relationships, and tasks are executed in the background, ensuring the continuity of complex processes and the validity of our business decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copper?

One limiting aspect is that automation rules cannot be duplicated or reconfigured. Therefore, if multiple rules are needed, they need to be entered manually, which is time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
