I appreciate that I can use Prosperworks right from gmail. The plugin for gmail/Chrome is pretty neat. Hover over an email, and the lead/contact appears in the pane on the left. Prosperworks is great at tracking all your email communication with anyone you've identified as a lead/contact. The dash is also very usable. Overall not a complicated product, easy to learn. I also like that Prosperworks notifies you when a lead/prospect opens one of your emails. Last of all, I would add that Prosperworks has a much nicer UI than any CRM I've used in the past (Salesforce, Zoho, Method), Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't describe myself as a "power user" by any means, but I've noticed it has a couple small quirks. Occasionally the plugin for gmail/Chrome freezes up and won't work. Reloading the page seems to fix it. I also wish that Prosperworks had features for email automation built in. For example, when I update a lead's status to xx, trigger an email utilizing template xyz. You could probably do this via Zapier, I haven't really investigated too much. Would be nice if it was built in though.
When I first started using Prosperworks, I reached out to their support to see if they had any kind of a guide defining the default statuses and so forth. They don't. It's up to the user to define I suppose.
Related: would also be nice to see a few more automation features. For example, once you contact a lead they could switch from the New state to the Open state. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the pipelines are nice, I really like the functionality to append fields by stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think their sales practices are deceptive and they have a bad policy for refunding / providing credits on seats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Copper replaces what I used to need an admin to do half of the time! It works smoothly with my Gmail & Calendar; easy to create lists and keep "clean". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing! I have been able to add and reduce the size of my account as my company needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Copper is its seamless integration with Google Workspace. It feels like an extension of Gmail, making it incredibly intuitive for teams already using Google tools. Very easy to use and very user friendly, as well as it there are any issues you can chat with the customer support which is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside of Copper is its limited scalability for larger organizations or teams with more complex needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Copper has a good user interface - easy to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not sure you've got any matching integrated. So for example, if I type Tylor when I meant to type Taylor, there is no engine to suggest close matches. That would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
