Same look and feel regardless of where you work, phone, Gmail extension, web browser. It is excellent. I also like the drag and drop features of the pipeline along with customizing each sales persons pipeline. This has helped us be more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe one day have some more email automation similar to Outreach. For now though, no complaints. I also would like the Gmail extensions to save data entered faster so that it doesn't delete a few things from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copper replaces what I used to need an admin to do half of the time! It works smoothly with my Gmail & Calendar; easy to create lists and keep "clean". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing! I have been able to add and reduce the size of my account as my company needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Copper is its seamless integration with Google Workspace. It feels like an extension of Gmail, making it incredibly intuitive for teams already using Google tools. Very easy to use and very user friendly, as well as it there are any issues you can chat with the customer support which is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside of Copper is its limited scalability for larger organizations or teams with more complex needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copper has a good user interface - easy to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not sure you've got any matching integrated. So for example, if I type Tylor when I meant to type Taylor, there is no engine to suggest close matches. That would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copper is a great tool for a variety of purposes from our sales department and marketing to internal purposes. It has been an amazing resource for organizing clients, projects, tasks, emails, much more. Copper is incredibly useful for email management and adding templates. I haven't found much that I dislike with Copper. Even in managing users, there is so much organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the leads funnel option. needs better list views and way to work leads through funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use of Copper is great and the features help our organization to stay focused and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be buggy, but Copper is quick to respond once they're made aware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Copper allows you to fully customize your CRM, with additional fields, drop-downs, etc. Additionally, it is so easy to add these fields "on the fly". You might have thought your CRM was "perfectly set up", only to find out there is another triggering quality or metric you want to track on each account. You can go in and edit your entire CRM to include this new metric and use it immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They tend to provide more live person support within the pre-sales process of your account. Basically answering questions live with a sales person. The people are super knowledgeable, which is fantastic! However, after the sale, they are pretty much gone and on to the next account. The support from there is more of a submit a ticket (at best), otherwise using tutorials via their website. I believe there is a "partner community" as well, but I've never really liked to rely on those myself, for product support. It would be great if they had a small dedicated support team to answer questions live and also shawdow into your account to help you do things. Even if you had to pay for this service (one time or additional as a monthly premium), would be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
