In a post-pandemic world, turnover is high. Folks have been trained by folks who were trained by folks, and the passdown of knowledge and the toolsets available led to an under-utilization of the software. Copley has been responsive throughout, guiding us through the uplift process in spring of 2020. They continue to assist us in better understanding the Infor system, how to best utilize the software in our industry, and make themselves available for customizations/personalization of the program. This allows us to focus resources on our business and avoid potentially lengthy familiarization/onboarding that would be required to have someone re-code forms and functions. **What do you dislike about Copley Consulting Group?** I would like a more direct line of communication between the users of software from Copley and the consultants, and more readily available tutorials/information on the software for the user. Their support has been tremendous, but it's difficult for us to improve our processes without better understanding our toolset. **What problems is Copley Consulting Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Copley has helped us to integrate Syteline in meaningful ways into our day-to-day business. We use this for accounting, payroll, inventory, and customer service/incident tracking. They have helped us in working out lost permissions and customizations/personalizations through the uplift to version 10. Through consultations, we've been able to modernize the operations of our aftersales team. Information that was previously filed physically is now able to be uploaded to the individual incidents, customers, and units. This has cut down on time spent performing clerical work. Rather than printing, copying, and filing documents, we're able to maintain electronic records that can be easily accessed by virtually all of our users, allowing for more rapid communication of issues and concerns. They continue to provide us support to better improve all aspects of our operations. ### 2. They were the original implementor of SyteLine for a previous company and the current company I worked for (before I worked for them). We have worked on many upgrades and smaller projects along the way. We are also still working with them on setting up additional products and validation of the system using their FDA Pack Add-on. They will be our partner with our ERP for upcoming projects as well. They have helped with numerous reports. Copley has been there to determine if unused functionality would be a benefit to us. **What do you like best about Copley Consulting Group?** They are extremely knowledgeable about the product and its features. They have an expert on many areas of the system. They also have a good handle on the roadmap of the product and its add-on products. They have knowledge about the applications and the server-level functionality. They can assist with finding the right host for the system or assist you with setting up your own environment. **What do you dislike about Copley Consulting Group?** I think their overall project management could use some work. Some companies do not have a good internal project management structure. Being able to provide that would be an excellent service. The price of their services could be better but you get what you pay for with their extensive knowledge of the systems they work with. Also, ideally, they would have a wider range of products that they can work with which would mean working with fewer other vendor. Having someone dedicated to our company who can learn and grow with us would be a benefit also. **Recommendations to others considering Copley Consulting Group:** Copley is an excellent partner if you have strong internal project management or if you are looking for help with a clearly defined project. They are also one of the premier resllers of Infor products and add-ons. **What problems is Copley Consulting Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Copley's FDA pack add-on to SyteLine has added a layer of verification to our system. It has given us a system that is ready to help us get to full FDA validation. Their implementation services have helped set up an environment we can rely on in this ever changing world . The benefit of having Copley is they keep us moving in the right direction instead of trying to troubleshoot it ourselves. ### 4. Team is very knowledgeable in key areas of the software and easily provides consulting and training as needed. Very helpful in assisting with development needs to allow customizations specific to QuVa requirements. **What do you dislike about Copley Consulting Group?** It sometimes takes time to get availability due to Copley's project load, causing some delays in consulting services. This doesn't occur often and they always prioritize urgent issues/concerns. **What problems is Copley Consulting Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Copley has been successfully assisting in providing training and assisting in issues with our Finance team. We are currently working with Copley to scope out a project plan to upgrade to Syteline 10. ### 5.
