Copley has been instrumental in showing our department what tools are available to them. In a post-pandemic world, turnover is high. Folks have been trained by folks who were trained by folks, and the passdown of knowledge and the toolsets available led to an under-utilization of the software. Copley has been responsive throughout, guiding us through the uplift process in spring of 2020.
They continue to assist us in better understanding the Infor system, how to best utilize the software in our industry, and make themselves available for customizations/personalization of the program. This allows us to focus resources on our business and avoid potentially lengthy familiarization/onboarding that would be required to have someone re-code forms and functions. I would like a more direct line of communication between the users of software from Copley and the consultants, and more readily available tutorials/information on the software for the user.
