I have some pre-typed messages that I select and personalized, so a conversation that usually takes hours takes seconds. Better yet, they have fantastic customer service. My rep is informative and meets with me periodically to make sure everything is going well. The help chat in the corner connects to a human quickly, and they immediately resolved a minor bug that I encountered. **What do you dislike about CoPilot AI?** Every so often, I encounter minor bugs, but they get resolved quickly. You can tell that they are constantly working on the software, so that's probably a good thing. **Recommendations to others considering CoPilot AI:** Make sure you take full advantage of the onboarding when first starting. CoPilot is fantastic at what is hired to do in terms of messaging a set group on second degree connections on LinkedIn. Most replies have been cordial even if a bit off target. I've been very busy with an online course and launching another campaign for a different product. However, my views are high and other numbers are also relatively high. You need a good two to three months tweaking your search/database to get it right. **What problems is CoPilot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** To grow my business I need to establish new relationships, some of which turn into real, paying clients. I have grown my network by dozens of people. I regularly contact with updates or introductions where it helps them. Copilot has helped me create value for new contacts. I've been solicited by a minimum of 15 competitors. I even spent more than $15,000 on a company that claimed to be better and didn't get anything out of it (nothing at all!). Ended up coming back to Copilot and I'll never leave. Their software is top-notch / second-to-none. **Recommendations to others considering CoPilot AI:** Sign up, do the work up-front, implement, spend an hour/day on it, work with it for at least six months, and you should have success. **What problems is CoPilot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been increasing my ability to generation new relationships and deepen those relationships through messaging that I create and update over time. If you fail at using their services, it's likely because you didn't do enough work up-front, or you didn't keep up with it. You have to put in the work and "sharpen your axe" in the beginning. If you spend that up-front, required time, the maintenance is easier later. But you still have to "maintain" the software. I spend 1 hour/day, every morning, on weekdays only.
