"Next gen devops tool with AI capability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

What I really love about Copado DevOps is how it's completely transformed our Salesforce deployment process. Honestly, it's made everything so much smoother and less of a headache.

The biggest win for us has been how it streamlines all our Salesforce sandboxes. Before, managing different environments could get pretty messy, but Copado just makes it feel so organized and consistent. It's like having a super-efficient conductor for all our releases, from development all the way to production. That means fewer manual errors, quicker updates, and we can get new features out to our users way faster.

And let's talk about Smart Conflict Resolution – that's a game-changer. You know how frustrating it can be when you're merging code and hitting constant conflicts? Copado actually remembers how we've resolved them in the past and applies those solutions. It's incredibly smart and saves us a ton of time and effort. Instead of getting bogged down in tedious reconciliations, our developers can focus on what they do best: building awesome stuff. It really takes the pain out of what used to be a major bottleneck. What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

While Copado DevOps generally streamlines our deployments, there are a couple of areas where I've run into some friction. Occasionally, we encounter unusual and difficult-to-diagnose errors during deployments. These can be pretty perplexing, and figuring out the root cause often takes a significant amount of time and effort, which can really slow us down.

Another challenge is when a deployment gets stuck in a deadlock state. It'll just keep running, sometimes for hours, before eventually failing. This is frustrating because it ties up resources and delays our release cycles, especially when we're trying to push things out quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

I dislike one thing Copado DevOps is its complexity and learning things, which can make it challenging for new users to learn fastly. sometime i also find the setup and configuration little bit slow when it is integrated with other tools. one more thing, its high price can be a headache for smaller teams or organizations that have small budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copado has significantly simplified our Salesforce deployment and release management processes"
4/5
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

appreciate how Copado integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and supports the entire release lifecycle — from version control to automated deployments. It provides visibility across teams, helping us track progress and reduce errors during releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

Sometimes, the way an error is presented isn’t accurate. If there’s an issue with a component during deployment, the error message doesn’t always clearly indicate the root cause, which can make troubleshooting slower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
