"Clearer, More Controlled Salesforce Releases with Copado DevOps"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

Copado DevOps makes the whole Salesforce releases process much clearer and controlled. In my role working with sales operation and Data Cloud, I need to understand how changes will move from requirement to sandboxes and production which very often involved dealing with dependencies and all and Copado makes it easy. It helps everything organized, we see fewer conflicts because changes are tracked during deployment. So overall it just makes releases smoother and less confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

It felt a bit complex at first. As someone working on the more business and operations side, it takes time to get comfortable with the setup and process. Also some part of the UI and workflow could be simpler, especially for non developers. There is a learning curve when trying to understand pipelines, environments and how it connects. Sometimes troubleshooting deployment issues can take time if not familiar with the setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Salesforce DevOps with Fast, High-Quality Deployments"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

What I like most about Copado DevOps is how it simplifies the entire Salesforce DevOps lifecycle within one platform. It provides a structured approach to managing releases, version control, and CI/CD, which helps me deploy changes faster while maintaining very good quality. Copado DevOps also improves collaboration between developers and admins and ensures better visibility across teams. Overall, the integration with Salesforce is seamless, and features like automated deployments and pipeline management make the process more efficient and convenient for both admins and developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

One drawback I’ve noticed with Copado DevOps is that it can feel a bit confusing at the beginning, especially for users who are new to DevOps concepts or Salesforce release management. The initial setup can also be unclear for first-time users. I think a more simplified onboarding process, a better in-app experience with stronger guidance, and clearer documentation would make the overall experience smoother and easier to navigate. That said, once you get used to the platform, it becomes much easier to work with and offers strong capabilities for managing the entire Copado DevOps lifecycle. "End-to-End Salesforce DevOps Pipeline That Streamlines Deployments"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

The end-to-end DevOps pipeline for Salesforce is really helpful and reduces manual deployment efforts.

Integration with Jira makes it easier to track user stories and link development work with releases.

The UI gives good visibility into deployments, user stories, and environment status.

Version control and promotion between environments are well managed and structured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

Initial setup and configuration (especially integrations) can be confusing and not very beginner-friendly.

Performance can occasionally feel slow when working with larger datasets or multiple deployments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automatic Integrations that Drive Efficiency and Reliability"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

Automatic integrations help reduce the time needed for installations, which brings greater reliability and interest to the business and allows for numerous improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

We have experienced issues with rollbacks due to accents in the names of objects; when attempting to reprocess the deployment, these are not recognized correctly. This has caused us inconveniences, as the rollback process must be carried out in a very short time due to the incidents generated by the deployment. Additionally, the experience with support has been complicated, especially regarding response times for this type of situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Support and User-Friendly CI/CD with Rapid Updates"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

The customer support team has been excellent and proactive in resolving my queries. As a developer, I often encounter various errors when deploying with Copado, and the team has consistently been helpful and effective in addressing these issues. The platform itself is very user-friendly, making it easy to implement continuous integration and delivery. What I appreciate most is that Copado keeps up with Salesforce releases and updates, and they also introduced Agentforce deployment in a short period of time. it also shows resolution ideas when I receive errors in validating or committing the changes which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

I would really appreciate a cherry-picking components feature, as it would help me avoid deploying everything in the same class. As a developer, this is something I need. We are also experiencing some issues with agentforce deployment, which makes the process challenging. It would be helpful to have clear documentation or videos explaining how to deploy specific items. Additionally, having a dedicated Copado community website where users can share the issues they've encountered and how they resolved them—similar to the Trailblazer community—would be very useful. I would also like to receive updates and release information from Copado so I can stay informed. would really appreciate if you can have in app guidance when i'm deploying so that I know where I can go and check for errors and how to resolve them. "Streamlined Salesforce Integration, Needs Better Metadata Management"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

I like Copado DevOps for its native Salesforce integration, allowing my team to manage the entire DevOps lifecycle directly within the platform without relying heavily on external tools. The integration is particularly valuable from an architectural standpoint as it leverages Salesforce as the system of engagement for DevOps orchestration, tightly coupling application lifecycle management with platform metadata and user stories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

I find the learning curve and configuration complexity challenging. The granular metadata comparison and visibility, especially for profiles, permission sets, and field level security, needs improvement. The performance and UI responsiveness could be better. Additionally, merge conflict handling and flexibility for advanced use cases are areas that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Salesforce Deployments, Unmatched Support"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

I love using Copado DevOps to manage Salesforce deployment and releases efficiently. It helps automate CI/CD, maintain version control, enforce quality checks, and reduce deployment risks. I appreciate how it organizes everything around user stories, making deployments more structured and predictable, which significantly saves time and reduces errors. Copado DevOps simplifies Salesforce deployments and fits naturally into the Salesforce workflow, so it doesn't feel like a separate DevOps tool. Managing user stories, deployments, and change tracking is straightforward, and the built-in checks help prevent errors during releases, which reduces deployment stress and improves team collaboration. It's also easy to implement and interface with excellent customer support. Copado DevOps works natively in Salesforce, keeps work organized through user stories, and gives the team clear visibility into changes and releases, improving collaboration and making deployments faster and more reliable.
