"Works but documentation is poor, help and support are slow"

What do you like best about CookiePro?

Fairly straightforward in terms of getting cookie consent implemented (was able to do it in about an hour). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CookiePro?

Tweaking and getting CookiePro to behave as advertised is an uphill battle with outdated documentation that doesn't match current software in appearance or functionality. Support is slow and limited to email. I upgraded to Enterprise plan to get consent records but after paying and activating this feature, I'm not able to view records of consent anywhere. As above, with other cookie banners visors would turn off all cookies rendering our sites useless. We also find it easy to scan and keep our websites uptodate which can be tricky! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
