To begin with, implementation is tricky, which is why most websites find themselves incompliant while thinking they are.
Then, their support is close to non existant. They disregard support tickets altogether, when they do answer, they do have a very limited concept of support. Other than spraying you with tons of kb articles, they dont provide much.
One of their reps even said that support is for platform issues, not configuration issues- and if we can't get it right they can sel us professional services. When he was out of office- no support.

It blocks and breaks media without warning (i.e. embedded Vimeo videos just stopped working after an update), it's hard to use your custom cookies onsite since those get blocked by their tool but the worst part is their customer service is only available via email, takes a long time to respond, sometimes days and when they do respond they usually just link you to a documentation article you could have found yourself (and probably one you already read before reaching out).

Tweaking and getting CookiePro to behave as advertised is an uphill battle with outdated documentation that doesn't match current software in appearance or functionality. Support is slow and limited to email. I upgraded to Enterprise plan to get consent records but after paying and activating this feature, I'm not able to view records of consent anywhere.
