With Conveyor answering security review questions has become a super easy task, with all security docs in one place and clients having he ability to check out the docs at their convenience without any dependency on personnel to provide docs manually, this tool has made the life of the GTM teams easy. As an AE, I love using Conveyor to track my prospects requests for security documentation. Never have had any issues for my prospects running into roadblocks to access our SOC 2 docs and eveyrthing seems to work as intended. I did not implement the system, but from what I heard, it was a straightfoward process. Our CSM has been very helpful highlighting functionality and showing us where we can upgrade without being too pushy. I use it at least once a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Conveyor AI Functionality to respond whole document and it is very easy to use. Also customer support is very active which makes it very convineient to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometime document upload and question retrival takes lot of time which became irritating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seamless login experience, decent slack integration - but importantly reduces the load on my Presales team to fill in repetitive Sec Questionnaires.
I haven't used an alternative (other than hand crafted SIG or CAIC documents) so cannot compare with competition Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Myself and team mostly have access as "a customer" - I'd like a Presales specific login - not as detailed as an admin but not as light as the customer interface.
Possibly our implementation - we've loaded a CAIC / SIG lite soreadsheet into our instance and it's cumbersome to extract from when answering questionnaires.
Not sure how feasible it is, but would also love a solution to auto fill these portals that most clients use today as opposed to cumbersome cut and paste! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am a 'long time' Conveyor customer. We originally started to use Conveyor for the Data Room capabilities, however have been thrilled with the other capabilities such as tracking vendors, vendor reviews and sending vendor questionnaires. We were looking at several RFP solutions when Conveyor developed the Knowledge Base and we decided to try this new add on first. It has been incredibly easy to implement. We are able to tag by domain and product as well as assign each question / answer pair set to an owner along with a validation time frame. Also, we can decide if these stay internal facing only vs allowing our approved customers to access them or the public. Since that first iteration, Conveyor now has their questionnaire plug in as well as the questionnaire buster. Time saver and sanity keeper!
On top of this all, the Conveyor team is a complete joy to work with. They listen and many times incorporate our feedback into new features for the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not sure there is much I do not like. We would love tags to be able to add to our Knowledge Base, however that is not a must have. Wants do not equal needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I felt like Conveyor was easy to navigate to find specific documentation we wanted to stored on a platform but also documentation we could potentially share with 3rd parties. I have heard our 3rd party vendors/partners who needed specific documentation from us found navigating Conveyor to not be too difficult of a task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only problem I have found with Conveyor, and some of this may be how we utilize the platform, but it is all about how to properly store specific documents for easy access both for internal review and when directing 3rd parties to find specific documents. I like that Conveyor is easy to use and it has a chrome extension which is really helpful to use on the questionnaire websites that I have to answer questions on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the chrome browser can't find answers to questions I know do have answers for, so in that case I just use my broswer to open up Conveyor fully and then search the KB there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
