We have loved the Trust Center as a go-to for our customers. We really like that all of our documents and Q&As are in one place and only need to be updated once.
Using Conveyor to answer our customer security questionnaire has saved us enough time to replace what we would've taken at least two additional employees to do. We now focus so much more of our time on projects and other work that bring us so much more joy and satisfaction. We enjoy being able to offer the option for customer to submit and get back answers to their own questions and hope that they have enjoyed the time-saving benefits from being able to do that. Conveyor has been easy to use and has so many great features that just continue to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally the system slows down and takes a while to process questions. It doesn't usually take long for it to get right back up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Let me begin by stating that I have over 15+ years of SaaS sales experience and I've been a part of many companies that have sales cycles that range anywhere from 3-18 months. With those longer sales cycles almost each time comes a requirement from a large enterprise prospect to undergo InfoSec + Cyber Security Questionnaires as part of the sales process. Having Conveyor in our organizations tech stack trememendously shaves off hours of having to search through different data sources and reaching out to different colleagues across numerous departments in my organization to get the answers to very technical information relating to data security and storage. Through Conveyor, I can now block off an hour or two and ensure that I can complete the prospects' detailed Data Security requirements in record time. No more having to stay up late into the evening, slacking different colleagues and waiting on answers for hours or days at a time. With Conveyor I have a single source of truth for almost all the information our prospects require to progress a deal forward. The tool has a clean and easy to use UI and we're constantly enriching our Conveyor database with new information as it becomes available. Any business that sells to Enterprise clients would be foolish to not have their sales teams using Conveyor to move deals forward in a flash.
Additionally, Conveyor's trust center is great too. Being able to simply share a link to our organization's trust center allows prospects to view and sign our NDA in order to gain access to a centralized source for all Vendor Security related information as well (ie. SOC 2 reports and ISO certifications. It streamlines a process that was very manual before we implemented Conveyor across our organization.
Overall, Conveyor has created a great platform to not only allow companies to share important vendor security information but do it in a truly simplified and easy to use way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think there is much to dislike other than when you first begin using the tool it takes time for your team to add all relevant information into the database. However, this is an ongoing process and once the core information relating to your company's data security and storage policies is loaded into the tool then your team's can begin benefitting from the tool.
I've also had a few instances of questionnaire responses taking a little longer to load than usual but we're talking a few extra seconds here and it's nothing that makes me not want to continue using a tool that truly saves me many hours.
Keep up the great work Conveyor! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Conveyor has almost compeletely taken the hassle out of responsing to security questionnaires. The eliminator tool just gets better over time as you build out your knowledge base, upload docuemntation, and connect sources of truth. The trust portal has also become invaluable, as it is a one stop shop for managing all your frequently requested compliance documentation. The built in watermarking and NDA's certainly streamline the process. We now even have it integrated with our Salesforce instance, making it super simple for our sales teams to get our customers the security and compliance documentation they need. Very happy with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Conveyor is a relativey new product, so there are some features that are clearly still a work in progress, such as the web extension for web portal based questionnaires. That being said, Conveyor is constantly releasing new features and our rep keeps us up to date on them. I would also like to see some expansion of it's API capabilities, specifically, the ability to make POST requests to update documents in our trust portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Super intuitive UI - easy to use without training.
Thorough, generally accurate AI-generated responses decreases work time substantially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Conveyor AI will sometimes generate responses which are incorrect or not based on previous answers. It is mostly good at knowing when the library lacks the necessary input data to respond but there are exceptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our Customer Success Lead, Sarah, has been awesome. She has hopped on multiple calls to show us various features, responds to emails quickly, and has submitted feature requests where we would like to see improvements.
The Trust Center/portal has already improved our interactions with customers significantly. Being able to sync this with our Salesforce instance for enhanced automations and data collection is another big plus. Having information and approvals through Slack is also highly convenient. Continuous improvements and added functionality for building out our knowledge base is also nice. Conveyor was the most feature rich product we looked at when reviewing vendors for a Trust Center.
Setting up our Trust Center was relatively easy and being able to customize for product lines was a critical requirement for which vendor we chose.
I also appreciate the viewable roadmap for product improvements or requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the Portal and Questionnaire process (using AI) have some great functionality, there is room for improvement. Some improvements we would like to see include additional Slack integration functionality, more customization (and repositioning) of information on the Trust Center page, additional linking to customer resources both for the questionnaire and portal processes, and more customization around workflows for the questionnaire process.
Some of these improvements are already on the roadmap. It will be interesting to see how our feature requests are handled, prioritized, and communicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Conveyor customer success and support has been amazing to address any bug fixes, accomodate feature requests, etc. The syle of trust portal is more appealing compared to competitors. Conveyor integrates with our CRM to reduce manual approvals by internal stakeholders. The solution is very easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are certain features that are only available as a feature toggle by Conveyor customer success, and you will need to inquire about to learn they exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Conveyor has helped reduce the amount of effort required to complete due diligence questionnaires by 80%, through automated questionnaire response and through a highly intuitive trust center. This has become a tool that is used on a daily basis.
It used to take us roughly four minutes to answer each question on a questionnaire. By simply uploading our existing knowledge base into their system, Conveyor's automated questionnaire response AI has brought that down to just 30 seconds per question. It didn't require months or years to train the AI to understand our Knoweldge Base, so we were able to experience the benefits of the tool right away.
The public facing trust center has been a extremely valuable tool, not only for our security team, but for our sales team as well. By letting prospective customers know about our trust center, customers are able to get answers to their security and privacy questions much quicker, and the majority of the time eliminates the need for a questionnaire. Not only does this build trust with our customers much faster, it closes deals faster.
I have been extremely impressed with Conveyor's ability to be creative, innovative, and responsive. When we were experiencing issues with being able to answer questionnaires through portals, we started getting portal-related features so we can leverage their tools in any environment. One of our favorite, and most used features, is the browser extension. It allows for quick, easy access to our knowledge base so we can complete questoinnaires in a portal, web form, spreadsheet, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While this isn't something that I would say I dislike about Conveyor, but something that I feel would be highly valuable to me as a customer is that Conveyor is currently limited to doing customer due diligence from the perspective of a vendor (e.g. answering questionnaires). We are not currently able to leverage the same features to do third-party reviews. We would love to be able to leverage Conveyor's sophisticated AI tool to be able to review documentation send by our third parties so we can do our own due diligence much quicker. I love the simple UI that doesnt complicate my workflow. When I'm answering RFP/RFIs the amount of questions can seem daunting but I constantly go back to Conveyor for speeding up my time spent in those docs; the knowledge base tool is part of my everyday workflow. Outside of RFPs, I use Conveyor for pointing fellow employees to internal answers for any questions they might have that are security related. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like more automation around knowledge card deprecation and card ownership. Our current integration supports self review and flags for outdated knowledge but I would prefer a tool that can check in for updates based on the amount of answers copied or the amount of time spent in the card by users. They are consistently open to engagement and eager to share their roadmap for improvements. Beyond that, Conveyor’s commitment to innovation is impressive—they actively seek feedback and are willing to tackle tough, nearly out-of-scope questions that often arise in B2B relationships. Their forward-thinking approach is evident as they continually strive to enhance their product and make it even more valuable for businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a shortage of vendors that utilize conveyor, making their vendor side a bit underwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very straightforward. I was able to learn how to use it very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say that main page - dashboard - is a little overkill. A lot of information not relevant to my role as an IC Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
