There are a few things I would like to see more automated, but they are open to those suggestions and do try to continuosly develop new applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Got the job done quickly! We needed some extra customization for our registration, matchmaking and 1:1 meetings setups. We had dedicated engineers that helped us develop new features for specific reqs that we had for our event.

Ease of scheduling meetings. The platform is so user-friendly that it makes scheduling the 1:1 meetings an easy task for buyers and suppliers. I am also able to watch how this progresses.

There are many facets to the software. After 9 years of using it, I still have not learned them all.

It can be difficult because there is no tutorial or brochure (that I am aware of) to turn to for help to learn more - or if you have a problem.

Matchmaking solution is very good and also allows for "custom-made" meetings asked by organiser.

Allows signing up to other activities than the workshop itself.

That organisers do not have access to the setting up of the basic registration questions -or make small changes ourselves in the registration questions. It would save a bit of time if organisers were allowed to make these small amendments directly in the platform once the main registration form has been created.
