It is solving the ability to upload and work with any file type and have it converted to the type needed for whichever computer I'm using.

Everything is pretty good so far. the converter tool has done everything needed so far.

**What problems is Office 365 Converter Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I get an email that needs to be in PDF and it does not come as it is, it converts it to it, so I can save it.
