"Easy A/B Test Creation That Just Works"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

It’s easy to create A/B tests and manage deployments. The interface is also clean and straightforward when it comes to adding goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

There’s a delay before tests actually get deployed, and that slowdown ends up delaying development as well. I’d like an alternative development option that lets us test everything as if it were live, without having to wait for deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convert Experiences: versatile, intuitive, and robust for testing and optimization"
5/5
What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

I like Convert Experiences for its versatility, allowing everything from simple A/B tests to more advanced experiments. The tool adapts to different objectives, is intuitive and at the same time robust, offering data security and support for more assertive decisions in optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

The limitation in tracking and goal setting, which can hinder the execution of more complex tests and more advanced analyses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive A/B Testing with Seamless Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

I find Convert Experiences to be really easy to use and very intuitive. The visual editor is quite good for making those small changes where you don't need to actually write code. I also appreciate the section for editing JavaScript and CSS, especially at a global experience level, as it is very helpful. Setting goals is very easy and intuitive, particularly when it comes to making custom JavaScript goals. The process of building out an AB test has become a lot easier, and the previewing feature is quite good, which wasn't the case with other tools I've used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

I'd like to see a bit more focus on how we can start AB testing on app. We have a big focus in our organization to really improve our app. I don't think there's a real direction or instruction with Convert Experiences on how we can start testing on app. Some places say it is available to do. Our account manager says it's not. So I'd like to see something geared towards AB testing on app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid A/B testing tool with great support, room to grow on reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

The support team is outstanding. They don't just give generic answers, they actually dig into your specific setup, investigate tracking issues in detail, and provide clear, actionable explanations. When we had conversion tracking discrepancies, they identified the root cause down to specific transaction-level cases, which helped us resolve things much faster.

The UI is clean and easy to navigate, even when managing multiple projects across different clients and markets. Setting up experiments is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

The reporting and statistical engine needs improvement when working with total purchases (not just unique conversions). Most of our projects track total revenue through the revenue pushing solution, and in many cases clients have more purchases than visitors. When that happens, the significance calculation breaks, even with Bayesian stats enabled, so we end up doing manual calculations on our side through the API.

There's also no way to see day-by-day test result trends, which makes monitoring test performance over time difficult. This is especially important when evaluating total purchase metrics. We'd love to see a time-series view of key metrics directly in the reporting dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup, Great Support, and Advanced Segmentation"
5/5
What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

I really like the easy way to set up a test in Convert Experiences, which makes the process much smoother for me. The diversity in segmentations is something I really appreciate, as it offers me many options to segment and thus find more accurate results. This facilitates more precise analyses. Additionally, the support is excellent. I know that if I have any questions regarding Convert Experiences, I can quickly get help without impacting my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

I believe the visual editor environment could improve. Sometimes, it's not possible to see the change, and the preview link of the variant is not visible, but the tool is good. However, in the editor part, I believe there could be improvements, even though there are plenty of options. I believe there should be improvements in the preview of changes, both in the test link and in the editor itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Support and Constant Improvements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

Actually, a lot, but my top 2 would be: Support and their Constant Improvements.

#1 Support — mainly this one i would say because based on my experience they really make sure or does their best that they can be available most of the time. They also respond quickly and does their best to provide solution/answer to your problem/inquiry.

#2 Constant Improvements — one of the things I like about Convert is their constant goal to improve the platform, from features to fixes. From small to big changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

I guess this is dev-related one — the only thing I notice for now is their documentation (although its updated now) still there are some topics that weren't covered, like implementing Convert with Hydrogen-based apps for that matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Experimentation with Flexible Code Editor"
4/5
What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

I use Convert Experiences for online experimentation as it provides a fallback for clients who do not yet use an experimentation platform. I find it easy to use and appreciate the dedicated code editor, which gives me the flexibility I need. The tool is helpful for randomizing traffic among different variants in experiments. The base tracking implementation is relatively easy to do. We also connect Google Analytics 4 and sometimes Hotjar with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

I don't use the visual editor because it's more complex to build a robust experiment with it than directly coding in the code editor. The visual editor doesn't add anything for me personally. The stats engine is largely unused and is only a backup when there's a connection issue. It would be more useful if I could connect my data warehouse to Convert Experiences directly to use our single-source-of-truth data with the engine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless AB Testing with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

I really like the flexibility offered by Convert Experiences, as it helps tailor each experimentation program to our client's needs, such as size and traffic. Their support team is great, being very responsive and attentive whenever we have any issues. They act fast and never take too long to resolve problems. The A/B testing capabilities are comprehensive, offering everything we need to run experimentation programs effectively. I appreciate that they offer different statistical methods, including Bayesian and frequentist, which make it very easy to use with a fast learning curve. The initial setup was very straightforward and easy, just a simple copy and paste of snippets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

The only thing I can think of right now is the capability of running concurrent AB tests on the same page with mutual excluded groups that would help us run more experiments on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Split Testing Platform with Everything Our Agency Needs"
5/5
What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

It's a really solid split testing platform with all the functionality we need as an agency to provide powerful split testing services to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

Like all professional-grade split testing software, it is fairly expensive. But it does offer signficantly more functionality than Shopify native testing apps for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient AB Testing, Excellent Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Convert Experiences?

I use Convert Experiences for AB testing to improve the conversion in our webshop. What I really appreciate is that it's easy to set up different types of tests and it provides clear statistics. Winning tests can easily be converted into 100% experiences. With multi-armed bandit tests, we can pit different ideas against each other without having to check manually. I find the no-nonsense good functionality for a decent price pleasant. If you have a question, you can ask your CSM directly and they also quickly look along with you. I use regular AB testing the most, because we want to improve our conversion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convert Experiences?

Perhaps more proactive contact from Convert about new features or ideas on how we could derive more value from the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
