We've had a lot of issues but all of them have been resolved very quickly. Mostly bugs and glitches. They could improve the e-sign feature. I use Contractzy for arranging and storing contracts with its e-signature and e-stamping feature for contract approvals. It saves the company a lot of time in procuring stamp paper, since the earlier legal process was very long. With Contractzy, we can easily get e-stamp paper readily available and approved. I like that all the contracts directly go to the required department for approval, which saves us a lot of time instead of personally chasing approvals. I find that there isn't a feature to add customer names on the E-stamp paper. Sometimes, the name that appears on the stamp paper doesn't match the content, and this mismatch can cause a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been trying to upload our legacy contracts because we want to upgrade our plan with the AI feature, but we have over 3000 of them and it's a tedious process to scan each one of them.
