It focuses mainly on 1 thing, and that is managing contracts, and it does that one thing very well. Managing renewals is very easy with their system of reminders. The customization options are very flexible and easy to use as well. The price is right and the support has also been great so far. **What do you dislike about ContractSafe?** Sometimes the tool seems more tailored towards a Legal perspective than a Procurement one, but that is understandable and something we've been able to workaround with various customization options when needed. **What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've finally been able to get all our contracts in one place and easily review the metadata related to those contracts. Managing renewals and doing reporting based on our contracts has never been easier. Whenever I get a contract question, I can usually look up an answer in less than a minute. ### 2. The ability to find documents immediately, using basic searches or various filters, even for new team members with zero prior training, sets ContractSafe apart from other CLMs I've managed. The platform has always been extremely user-friendly, and the support team is exceptional. The ability to chat with a live representative instantly at almost any time of day and receive friendly, responsive help is invaluable. They are always receptive our customer feedback, questions and suggestions, and thorough in following up to resolve issues. Features like automatic stage tracking, integrated two-way e-signature, and flexible playbooks for contract review have been huge improvements. The integration with Word, version control, and automated reminders and notifications make managing contracts so much simpler and faster. Our business partners appreciate the level of detail they are able to see in scheduled reporting emails from ContractSafe. We also appreciate the ability to save unlimited attachments of all file types to a contract record. When I had to export our database for an audit, the export was clean, quick and easy. The pricepoint is very fair for our usage. I honestly cannot recommend ContractSafe more highly. **What do you dislike about ContractSafe?** There are a couple of areas that could be improved, like being able to filter or opt out of email notifications for certain users, and having more granular tracking/reporting on who last edited or updated a contract or field. It is very easy to forget about the things with numerous agreements and deadlines, and with everything recorded and getting reminders there is nothing that gets missed. The notes and history features make conversations and approvals transparent and thus minimize friction and ensure that everyone achieves their duties on time. **What do you dislike about ContractSafe?** ContractSafe has a disadvantage in that it can be a limiting customization of contract information. When we implemented non standard agreements, we needed to come up with other means of incorporating additional information. This at times makes it difficult to trace and involves a greater level of manual effort. My day to day activities become more concentration oriented since I am not bothered by seeking or trying to guess the details. It makes me take a step forward, and this is on those occasions where there are deadlines that are pressing. **What do you dislike about ContractSafe?** My biggest disappointment with ContractSafe is that better version comparison tools were absent. I actually tend to check amendments frequently, and it is very tiresome to be sure what is modified. Access control may also be more accommodating particularly to temporary users. The sheer amount of features is not overwhelming and what we do not need, and with my very high usage rate, it seems stable day by day. It was a quick and successful implementation that enabled our team to acclimatize within a short time and thus made dealing with contracts less stressful in general. **What do you dislike about ContractSafe?** What aggravates me is the fact that sometimes some steps in the implementation process are very slow when we are changing our internal structure. It has a good ease of use, and I am able to do so on many occasions in a day, therefore, the frequency of use is natural in my work. The fact that it is integrated with Google Workspace is a great addition as well since it keeps everybody working on the same files. It has streamlined and made our contract flow more predictable. **What do you dislike about ContractSafe?** It annoys me that ContractSafe does not support bulk actions. Ashlea has been a great Account Manager, always available when we needed and the support team also provide a quick response to any issues that we might have. Overall, I would recommend ContractSafe to anyone that needs to get their contracts in order/saved in one location. **What do you dislike about ContractSafe?** Whilst we are able to set reminders on records for various items, the functionality of the reminders feature is currently limited, for example we cannot easily filter by upcoming or missed reminders by record owners but we have raised this with ContractSafe and have been advised that development is ongoing so hopefully the function will have more features to it in the future. **What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy storage of our contracts in one place. I've had several opportunities to test the support model and it works. The product was easy to setup and start using from day 1. It's intuative. I like it. My use case may be somewhat limited, however it was exactly the tool needed to match my requirements. I like the drag and drop electronic files feature. I like the charge metric model, I'm not licensed based on users or logins, but rather the number of contracts under storage - this is perfect. Highly recommended. **What do you dislike about ContractSafe?** The tool doesn't allow me to create mathatical logic between two fields on a contract. i.e. input a contract value in a foreign currency AND an exchange rate to USD in a second field to achieve a normalized reporting value in a third field. I like uniformly formatted data, often leading zeros, hyphens, etc are treated differently by different users... additionally I don't like when there are data fields left blank. When I view multiple contract details in row format (i.e. similar to excel) It would be ideal if I could go to the row/cell and adjust the field value and save the record. Instead I have to go into the individual contract and make the update. We manage a lot of agreements with various milestone dates in them, and contract safe was perfect for pulling those out and setting up reminders to send to the appropriate team member. We were able to easily store related documents under one umbrella and make changes as needed, and as the team changed. It was very intuitive to get set up and implement across the team. It fit nicely in to our work flow. I met with Charles to do a demo, and I was so impressed with the features, especially the AI function that automatically identifies the start and expiration dates, the company, counterparties, and any other important information you need to identify. I signed up about a month ago, and I've already uploaded over 150 documents. Someone in Legal would have to drop everything, look up the information, and reply to the request with a simple Yes or No. This caused disruptions in the workday for Legal and, depending on circumstances, significant delay in servicing our Customer.
