**What do you like best about Contract Logix?**

Quality, intuitive platform for uploading/tracking active contracts & agreements pending auto-renewals or expirations.  A more user-friendly platform compared to my limited exposure to similar applications.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

Have to frequently reset user preferences, since it apparently doesn't always retain changes made during the last session.  I like the DocuSign integration - but would also like an option to integrate AdobeSign if available sometime down the road.

**What problems is Contract Logix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps keep Legal dept. aware of contracts and agreements that might be approaching auto-renewal or expiration.  I appreciate the feature of setting up automatic alerts so that the appropriate parties/business owners are notified via email of the pending statuses of their contracts/agreements.

**What do you like best about Contract Logix?**

What I like best about Contract Logix is that you can design the fields to keep track of the expiration dates and set up reminders to go out to the specific people associated with that contract without putting a lot of effort into it.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

It is a great program; however, I wish there were ways that you could group specific contracts to archive them or put them on the watch list instead of going into each contract individually.

**What problems is Contract Logix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract Logix is helping us keep track of several different contracts we have within our Company and making sure that we stay on top of those contracts if they expire or need renewed, amended, etc.

**What do you like best about Contract Logix?**

The ease of use in creating new fields, manipulating the view of which fields appear for each contract type and the UI is very user-friendly. Once you learn how to filter in order to conduct a contract search, it's easy to do so even with limited data. The DocuSign integration allows you to see the signature status without leaving Contract Logix.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

The lack of available training resources made working beyond the clearly visible features very difficult as an admin. Regularly-occurring bugs that seem to happen when doing ordinary tasks make it very difficult to figure out whether the problem is user error or the system itself. The global search feature is great for showing results found through OCR, but because of its high visibility on the home page, it gives the impression that it is the intended search tool but it is not the most practical or efficient way to search at all. The DocuSign integration needs work. Understanding that Contract Logix's e-signature tool partner, Sertifi, operates differently than Sertifi does in terms of how/when/to whom notifications are sent ... the API connection between Contrax Logix and DocuSign seems to have ignored that concept. And as a result, we've had to create time-wasting workarounds which could've been easily avoided if the connection had been a more thoughtful one.

**What do you like best about Contract Logix?**

No more physical archiving. The alert function is helpful to prompt the contract manager on contract expiry to start the renewal/renegotiation/sourcing event. Searching for contracts has become a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

The dropdown list can't show all texts in the box, and it's not always in a particular order such as alphabetical order. When creating a contract record, a record must be created first before document upload is allowed. Manual "saving" is required to save the info input.

**What problems is Contract Logix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract Logix offers a centralized repository for our organization's agreements. It also has an alert function to allow me to receive reminder emails so I am prompted when the contract is due for renewal, renegotiation or exit.

It is a great contracts/deeds/easements/agreements management and storage program for our Compliance & Risk Management Department. It is also a great tool for tracking and alerts!

**What do you like best about Contract Logix?**

The system is very easy to use. CLX lives up to its promises - the platform is intuitive, and the back-end management requires minimal training. The great bonus is that the CLX team is taking customer feedback seriously, constantly improving the CLX platform and releasing new features. We love how easy it is to manage the contracts from intake to execution and retention. The collaboration room is outstanding - heavily used by our attorneys and business units. The homepage is well-thought, and its customizable features are quite useful. 
The customer support team is very responsive and follows up until the issue is resolved.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

The connection speed is extremely slow. It takes at least a minute for the contract records to appear on the screen. For example, when I click on "Contracts",  I can see only up to 85 entries. The rest of our contract records (at the moment, we have more than 200)  do not appear.
Data Extraction is an amazing tool. However, uploading the contract and populating information requires 12-24 hours. This makes this tool not-usable.
The speed of the software is my main complaint and concern.

**What problems is Contract Logix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One example is DocuSign.  Administering DocuSign plug-ins was difficult, especially when we worked with 3d-party templates. CLX released a new DocuSign feature that now allows us to send 3d-party templates via DocuSign without plug-ins. 
Another example is Data Extraction which should make contract bulk uploading an easy task. The only current issue is speed. With the existing speed now, Data Extraction is not quite usable.

The most helpful thing about CLX are the ID numbers that you can filter by. There are other ways to filter but that is the best way for me to find what i need.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

I dislike that the system has been down a few times. Some of the contracts I deal with are time sensitive and that delay can make it challenging to stay on schedule with new clients.

It is autopopulating items that my office needs to stay the same. And we have also been able to add fields so workflows are more automated to Signers and Submitters.

All of our contracts stored in one place, extremly well structured, user friendly and most importantly your are informed once a milestone is met or close to met.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

Some characteristics are not properly communicating inside the toll, for example sendig expiration reminders even if the contract is a draft. It could also have a better design.

**What problems is Contract Logix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previuosly we were using the sign, scan and send procedure for our contracts with archiving in many places by many colleagues. As we have quite many, CLX solved the physical archiving and the involvement of too many people.

The best thing about Contract Logix es how  intuitive the program is and  can be  easily integrated into other programs used in contract production like DocuSign.

They are features inside the program that can be improved, like adding interconnective filters that work once you choose one option and it will define  the options presented in another space ex; you choose a region, on the next option, it only gives the countries for that specific region - this preventing users mistakes.

It works as an excellent contract repository system.  I love the reporting and the contract editing features.

As a business user, it's very easy for me to locate contracts and their relevant child/parent documents.  I can customize and save views and filtering is very intuitive and simple.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

I don't use the backend or analytics functions at all, so I can't advise here.  However, I did make recommendations on adjusting some of the automated email functions to make them more relevant for the business users; these changes were implemented timely by the Contract Logix team without any issues  (to my knowledge).

Easy access to find and download contracts.

The database has the basics and allows our company to customize it according to our business needs. The ability to easily and quickly edit Word documents.  Easy to use and quite intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

The search function needs to be improved.  We have trouble locating contracts in quick/basic search and Advanced Search.  The database needs to allow us to use the back button to go back to where we started and not have to generate a new Advanced Search.

Allowing specific users access to our contracts. Editing/formating Word docs.

I like that there is a search bar on the home landing page.  I like that there are Tiles as well as a side-bar menu.  The landing page is visually appealing and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

It would be really useful to be able to narrow down the search directly in the homepages search bar by using the "QUOTES" around a word that the search return MUST contain exactly what was in the "QUOTES".  Also, if you could daisy chain specifics together by using the + & or the word and.  Example;  I'm searching for the title of a document that is named 5025 John Doe I could type in "5025" + "Doe" or "5025 John Doe" and my search result would be narrowed down to only files that matched that search criteria.

It streamlines all phases of the contract process.  It's a one stop virtual shop from submitting the initial request to the final execution. Its virtual access makes it easy to access anywhere anytime.

It is a CLM that has a simple engineering for the user at the time of configuring the system; also in terms of reports, it is reliable of the data it provides.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

The system crashes sometimes; I can be working on a record for a long time, and suddenly all the recorded information is lost; that's frustrating.

**What problems is Contract Logix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Senior Leadership can access contract records in minutes and obtain reliable and accurate contract information. They have visibility of the Agreements.

Using CL is a great way to store contracts and reference tool. I like that I can search by vendor and log legacy contracts to follow related/previous contracts.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

I wish the platform were more search-friendly. I'd like the option to view contract titles from the records - contracts screen. This feature would make filtering through contracts of the same type a more efficient process.

Storage of contracts. Keeping track of expiration dates and setting alerts.

It's easy to save contract details using the options on contract type, effective date, contract value etc. It is also efficient in running reports and the Dashboard helps track contracts filed within a specific period.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

It limits geographic location of vendors to the US so it is not possible to enter the address of foreign vendors. There is no option to choose other currencies when entering the contract value.

**What problems is Contract Logix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to have all contracts in a database with insights into contract details. It also helps to run reports, track contracts that are about to expire and to track monthly progress of the contracts team.

The easy navigation through Contract Logix helps our company to have everything organized universally. All employees using the system are able to navigate the system without a lot of training.  The system has done wonders to keep all contracts in one location and easily track master fields that we often reference.

Contract Logix is still evolving and growing.  Sometimes this leads to the system missing capabilities that would benefit and help us set up what we store on the system.  On the flip side though, it is beneficial that Contract Logix is always open to feedback and willing to expand upon what we can do.  They have easy open lines of communication and adapt quickly to requests as they come in or solve the issues with other solutions until it can be resolved.

We have been able to stay on top of contract renewals and expirations better than ever before. We have realized that we can track a lot of other persistent tasks/contacts in the Contract Logix system outside of just a contract/agreement.

I've had intermittent issues with using Contract Logix on Chrome. Mainly delays switching screens. This delay could be an individual configuration issue. Instead, I use Firefox for Contract Logix daily.

Contract Logix has a great ability to store, file and organize contracts electronically.   The parent/child tracking ability is helpful when you have an agreement with multiple levels of a child.   Key features include a centralized and fully searchable contract repository with alerts for important dates.  Contract Logix supports workflows to help automate business processes.   It also integrates signatures from DocuSign into the file. I love that documents can be shared at a multilevel.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

What I dislike about Contract Logix, is that you have to start over from the beginning of your search when using the advanced search bar.  Also, I wouldn't say I like that it does not forgive when you enter a new amendment or addendum.  You cannot delete those or go back and edit the information.  I wish the metrics dashboard were more beneficial for our organization, i.e., track dates of submittal to executed contracts and the stages between those two dates.   I wish Contract Logix would automatically expire the contract when the termination date has passed.  Finally, I wish Contract Logix would notify us before updates are done to the system.

**What problems is Contract Logix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract Logix is working with us on prior notification of updates.  It is also working with us on making the metrics dashboard more beneficial to our organization.

I am new to using COntract Logix and it has been an easy program to get through.  I am constantly learning how to use the program to the fullest. Anytime I have a question,  the help I receive from the support team is quick and full of additional information.

One of the only things I have come across that I dislike about the program, is that I have to start over from the beginning when using the advanced search. For example, looking for a particular contract and multiple under the same name, I have to type the name in and start all over again instead of returning to the previous list.

The flexibility within the system makes it useful for different types of contracts since I can create fields pertinent to my business. Competitors did not offer as much autonomy is managing a contract database.

Early on, we had difficulties with the platform failing while working on and losing the work we had created.  Eventually, this problem was rectified.  Also, it would be helpful if the program had an auto-save feature.

I like the overall goal and aim of CLX's focus on integrating the repository features along with the Collaboration Room and DocuSign abilities/features.  I know that Conga integrates with SalesForce.  This could be something more which CLX might think about for the future.  Encyclopaedia Britannica also has thousands of common subscription clients where a platform might save a great deal of time streamlining the process for their multitude of common subscription clients.

Waiting for full access to the newest features like Docusign in Collaboration Room.  I would also like to see better tech support on user questions regarding set-up for advanced features.  The videos are instructive, but they will only take you so far.

Access to DocuSign within Collaboration Room.   Once this is fully operational, it will make execution matters a breeze to handle.

I think the note section under the "Tasks" section could be larger.  When an approver provides a long note it sometimes gets cut off and has to be printed to see the entire note.

I would prefer to receive more training on the product.

Our organization handles an extensive amount of contracts and this product allows them to be housed in on location of ease of use.

How user-friendly and easy to use it is. Its very straight forward

Some minor things like once a contract is marked expired it should automatically cancel the alerts and not knowing how to remove items from your to do list.

Being able to keep track of all upcoming expiring contracts, making sure none of our client or supplier agreements are overlooked or become expired.

UX for organizing is confusing as more contracts are added. More required fields would help with this organization.

CLX is a centralized product that our property management team uses to house all contracts.

They are solving some technical bugs in making sure check boxes and texts within a margin align better.

**What do you like best about Contract Logix?**

I enjoy that you can have many filterabilities to run reports. I also love the fact that you can add additional fields based on the need of your agency. We were able to personally work with Contract Logix to make sure we could utilize this software to its greatest potential.

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

There are some glitches in the system. Being that this is a web browser, sometimes there are times where it doesn't work or it isn't as fast as preferred. However, like all web browsers, this is bound to happen from time to time.

Some of the benefits are being able to review all the data within one given software. I can filter out some of the data so I can review a "snapshot" of what I am looking for.

**What do you like best about Contract Logix?**

I appreciate a database of our contracts to easily track our risk levels, number of active contracts, and where contracts are in the review process

**What do you dislike about Contract Logix?**

The user experience of the website is very clunky. Tasks and Workflows are confusing and not intuitive for how to go through the process. The website design itself is poor design. The homepage shows up Black with black text on "Welcome to Conttract Logix" and then the rest of the website is white background - so this seems like a design error - which concerns in a system that is supposed to securely host our contracts. The Save button and Generate Doc button on contract records have the exact same icon - which is a confusing design. Also, not sure why the Save button is in the middle of all the buttons - Save buttons are typically first or last - so again seems like cheap, poor website user experience design which leads to a lack of trust in the site itself.

**What problems is Contract Logix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are housing all contracts in one spot. We have much more transparency into where multiple contracts are in the negotiation process.

The system is very easy to use and we were able to customize as per our needs. Tutorials are very useful too. Perfect for storing and organizing contracts and easy to run reports. Also great support from the Contract Logix team to help in resolving issues.

System lags at times but not a big issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Contract Logix:**

A great system worth the investment. It has made storing and tracking contracts much more manageable.

**What problems is Contract Logix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contracts and documents were stored in various different locations and it was difficult to keep track of them. Now managing and storing of all contracts is easier as they are all located within one system.
Producing reports was time consuming and difficult and now reports can be generated with the click of a button.
