It's hard to stay together in our fast paced workplace.  Continu makes it easy to communicate the same message to everyone while allowing automomy and flexibility.  It build trust with transparency.  It helps everyone get on board without hovering.  It's also great to see at a glance what is outstanding and what has been accomplished.

Would be good to have an estimate of what is required to finish (slide 2 of 10, or estimated time is 40 min, you are 10 min in)

Making sure all members get the same communication and training. this keeps us aligned with our mission as we grow.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

I like the ability to do learning tracks and follow a set path. Another cool feature would be the badges of completion, our organisation uses marvel characters and we have a leaderboard of sorts. The system itself is also very reliable and I have never encountered any downtime.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I cant think of anything I dislike about it. Perhaps the UI could be more modern or engaging, however I am not sure that this is the case for all implementations, or if it is just my organisation.

It is helping us store best practices in a convenient location where new hires can refer back to. We are able to make use of learning tracks , and gamification.

As an admin it can be annoying and many of the nuances are not clear or user friendly. This can create issues on the back in with many copies and duplicates which gets difficult to manage

It houses all our in house training and allows us insights into who is veiwing training, what people are seeking out, and how we can best support their learning.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

As an operations manager of a new real estate company, Continu is my go-to for everything. I have set up workflows for onboarding so as soon as someone is hired, they're sent notifications for required trainings. I send one-off trainings with completion dates and notifications. And I, myself, take trainings continuously to stay on top of my platforms and best pratices. It's easy to work with, has a nice interface, and is customizable.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

There is a learning curve for managers, learning the difference between assignments, workflows, etc.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu helps with Onboarding so I don't have to think about multiple steps. Setting up the workflow once has saved me tons of time and I know the trainings were assigned as necessary. 
Instead of creating "how-to" videos or in-house SOPS, I send specific trainings to agents to complete. 95% of the time, that's all they need!

I do not like how some sections are a little too short than others. All parts of the course should be engaging.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

Loved the easy dashboard to enroll to courses, track learning progress and self-paced learning time based on users preferrence. Gamification system for the badges that learner will get after completing courses make things interesting. Good training material which have high quality material make learning fun and understandable. In term of new user enrollment/implementation, account setup is easy with guided explanation so we don't get lost.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

If I really have to think about aspect that I dislike with Continu, it might be the user interface that gives old vibes. A modern touch with the design will make the platform marrier.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy access to training and learning material that employees can reach it anytime they need. Centralize knowledge base make it easy to search for solution and boost efficiency.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

The platform is consistently evolving and they are regularly looking at new opportunities to use technology and AI.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

The focus on new additions removes the developers from improving the current functions.  I am regularly told "that is by design" which is very disappointing.  They are rigid on how things are, and not very responsive to needs. The reporting is clunky and it is extremely hard to view the big picture without piecing together multiple reports.  The learning tracks and paths are very rigid, and do not work for teams who do not require 100% completion or whose needs change frequently.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu serves as a central location for all thing training at our organization.  It has helped us to eliminate usage of 2-3 platforms, as we brought everything in to one.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

As an LMS, it is easy to use. Our team had great interaction with customer support - particularly with a recent file connection troubleshooting. I appreciate Mark's flexibility in keeping our file feed on even with a bit manual intervention until we sorted it out with ADP. Definitely ease of integration given the existing connection with the HRIS.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

As an intranet, it feels like this feature is an after thought. Each time I open Continu, the intranet module saves the last article that I opened. It's a bit confusing. We've received complaints from employees as well. Also, it does not truly feel like an intranet - more so, as a repository of articles and files that can be shared from a site.

It is our LMS and Intranet right now.

What I like best about Continu is how it offers a mostly seamless experience as a user. I receive an email and a Slack notification that something will be due, and it gives me the links I need to get there. I also appreciate the sorta "dashboard" showingwhat I've completed and what is pending. Also, the library of topics is compelling and interesting.

I've experienced a few glitches, but nothing too serious.

It allows me to complete assigned learning, and  I feel benefitted because of its seamlessness with other systems I use
