  ### 1. Needed Improvements for Effective Skill Building

**What do you like best about Continu?**

I find the setup of Continu to be quite easy on the user end, allowing seamless login and navigation to assigned learnings or self-guided exploration of topics. Continu prompts me to consider professional and office-related topics that might not arise otherwise, encouraging reflection on relevant subjects.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I haven't found Continu overly useful, as the teaching feels fairly general and doesn't focus on teaching specific skills. The assignments currently lack the structure of courses that offer opportunities for earning certifications and learning skills that could enhance one's resume. The assignments seem to be more about sharing general videos and topics rather than providing substantial content that leads to meaningful skill enhancement. Additionally, it appears there might have been some difficulty on the side of employees who were responsible for assigning content to others.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

It is helpful to be able to track completion of trainings and get insights into where employees are missing work. The ability to send automatic reminders is also helpful, so I am not having to always be the one to audit and then send a reminder.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

Integration of other systems is not ideal. When I would find certain training resources that I wanted to share with employees, it was upsetting when I realized I was unable to directly integrate them within the system.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have all trainings housed in one portal. Historically, at other organizations you would have trainings in multiple different systems, which made it difficult to track and audit completion. By having everything housed under one roof, it makes it exponentially easier.

I like having the ability to access comprehensive and easy-to-understand information on Continu. The platform hosts a large amount of information accompanied by images, which I find useful and educational.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I find that Continu is not interactive, which makes it less appealing to the user. Additionally, the initial setup, although easy, is boring. I also feel that the platform could improve visually to be more attractive. These features make the overall experience quite basic.

I can access complete information with images easily thanks to Continu, although it would be more beneficial if it were more interactive.

Continu displays present the course learning content in a nice visual format.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

It is not always easy to quickly identity if you are searching company selected content courses or the wider library of all content.  Also not all content is available for preview which is not ideal when reviewing courses to consider if a good learning fit to assignto employees

Making learning courses available to employees in a platform that documents assignment and completion  of content.

It is an easy-to-use platform for any type of company to have for its employees. Was able to use it for multiple things such as learning new information or refreshing on information already used. Used it every day while training and was also able to look back if I needed to.

The simple and straight forward way that Continu helps lead you through the training, with reenforcement of the taught matter at every chapter ending.

The inability to change the UI to dark mode. The small size of the content window, I would love to see the ability to resize the content so I can read more on the screen

It's a strange UI and workflow in general. Sometimes it's difficult to know where to go and if you miss a particular button or action, it will still show that you haven't finished even if you have.

The platform is consistently evolving and they are regularly looking at new opportunities to use technology and AI.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

The focus on new additions removes the developers from improving the current functions.  I am regularly told "that is by design" which is very disappointing.  They are rigid on how things are, and not very responsive to needs. The reporting is clunky and it is extremely hard to view the big picture without piecing together multiple reports.  The learning tracks and paths are very rigid, and do not work for teams who do not require 100% completion or whose needs change frequently.

Continu serves as a central location for all thing training at our organization.  It has helped us to eliminate usage of 2-3 platforms, as we brought everything in to one.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

As an LMS, it is easy to use. Our team had great interaction with customer support - particularly with a recent file connection troubleshooting. I appreciate Mark's flexibility in keeping our file feed on even with a bit manual intervention until we sorted it out with ADP. Definitely ease of integration given the existing connection with the HRIS.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

As an intranet, it feels like this feature is an after thought. Each time I open Continu, the intranet module saves the last article that I opened. It's a bit confusing. We've received complaints from employees as well. Also, it does not truly feel like an intranet - more so, as a repository of articles and files that can be shared from a site.

It is our LMS and Intranet right now.

What I like best about Continu is how it offers a mostly seamless experience as a user. I receive an email and a Slack notification that something will be due, and it gives me the links I need to get there. I also appreciate the sorta "dashboard" showingwhat I've completed and what is pending. Also, the library of topics is compelling and interesting.

I've experienced a few glitches, but nothing too serious.

It allows me to complete assigned learning, and  I feel benefitted because of its seamlessness with other systems I use

The search feature is not very good. They should have a way to make searching for things be a little easier. Sometimes when I search I get many irrelevant results.

Easy UI for employees using Continu for compliance training or e-learning. With a connection to Okta, even new hire employees can easily navigate what needs to get done.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

It can be challenging to pull reports and see data about who needs to complete things. I wish there were a way to quickly identify who needs to complete mandatory training and to see graphs with that data within Continu.

It is an easy to use platform for our teams to distribute required trainings and to provide an opportunity for any e-learning we would like to complete or share.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

The course and paths management is intuitive. The path and the form in which we can track the completed percentage makes the track more easily followed.
Also, the live courses have clear instructions on the dates, times, and needed material.
Also the slack continu bot is good.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

The short amount of courses, I am not sure if this depends on the organization that offers the paths, but, in my case, the course offer is not great. 
Also, the search bar is of no use, even searching for the course number or code sometimes will show no results.

**Recommendations to others considering Continu:**

Is really useful for assignations and paths, however be careful with the search bar, it does not work.

I really like the aesthetics of the application and the fact that the instructions are very detailed and tailored to help you succeed in any assignment you need to complete.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I disliked that the application wouldn't allow me to complete my assignment and I couldn't figure out exactly why.  Possibly a "Help" button with technical difficulties and solutions might help.

Make sure to follow instructions step by step and don't get overwhelmed if any technical problems come up.

I've realized that an application like this can be very helpful to fully understand your work/industry better in a fun way that makes you want to participate in furthering your education!

Nice interface/ ability to personalization with company logos, ability to send employees notifications, escalations, etc

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

Reporting function is very limited - you can only download a master csv file, not ability to
Filter out and no dashboards. Also, when you have special characters in some fields report gets messed up.

Building LMS system/ virtual onboarding tracks/teams academies / etc

Continuo is fantastic for guiding and onboarding. As a new hire I have seen great success on leaning on Continuo to get me ramped up fast.

Sometimes the system doesn't load as quickly as expected, but that is being nit picky.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding has been the main use for Continu. So far the benefits have been a faster a time to ramp, a consolidated view and organization of my trainings, and an easy to use portal.

It can sync with Okta.
Automatic reminder setting

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

Adjusting the image for the title is not easy.  
Checking the assignments progress is hard when there are multiple assignments.

Employee training material can be stored in one place.
