**What do you like best about ContextSmith?**

In the case of freemium, the product that I have found useful for my sales outreach is ContextSmith’s free email tracking for Gmail.  It is convenience for me to know which mails my prospects opens and clicks on so as to understand their level of engagement.

**What do you dislike about ContextSmith?**

It still feels quite limited in terms of the ability to export the data that ContextSmith gets to learn about users.  You cannot export per-interaction engagement data for going further in other CRM or marketing automation tools conveniently.

**What problems is ContextSmith solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContextSmith removes the element of guesswork regarding prospects’ response to an email outreach.  This enables me to advance in employ subsequent emails that are more specific on behavior, hence increasing the chances of conversion.

Its highly recommended for tracking email marketing campaigns, you can optimize your campaign in an effcient way.

* Visibility of profile picture, job title, and social links

**What do you like best about ContextSmith?**

A Good tool for having analytics inside our gmail account. It provides insight on customer and time the links are opened the most, also we can wend the details of the links into any crm of choice

**What do you dislike about ContextSmith?**

Account and contact management takes decent amount of manual effort. Being able to import from lists would be great here.

**What problems is ContextSmith solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to see how many people actually read our emails and could add notes to the email, that could tell my co workers what the client wanted.
