I was hoping to get a lot more work from them when they initially hired me. Regretably, that has not proven to be the case. So, our ability to provide work to writers is driven by client demand and each writer's unique expertise. You are definitely on the right track that, as an agency with a personalized assignment approach vs. an automated matching algorithm or a bidding process, it's ideal for freelancers to view ContentWriters as one work source, not a sole work source.
