It has smart monitoring,better search framework like in any organization if you want any file it can find It in fraction of times. It gives periodic mail notifications of error reporting and processing statistics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes gives too much of information than required. Few website are easily manipulated .If there were any secured documents unless the setting allowed it can't create a copy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Greater compression can be gained if the original image or any pdf have very DPI. Less compression for the original documents which contains mixture of text and images. It includes multi language recognition of over 180 languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
