**What do you like best about Contact Center Compliance?**

Simple and straightforwards DNC Compliance Monitoring.  Proactive approach to de-listing outbound numbers from DNC lists/SPAM lists/Robocaller etc.

**What do you dislike about Contact Center Compliance?**

Website is bare bones.  Very little insights into processes.

**What problems is Contact Center Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DNC Compliance Monitoring.  Proactive blacklisting/SPAM removal for our client's TNFs.

**What do you like best about Contact Center Compliance?**

I use it daily to scrub numbers and do cold calling, so this is my to-go tool every day. Its easy to use, has a simple format (so it doesnt require much internet data).

**What do you dislike about Contact Center Compliance?**

Nothing at all, I have no complaints. As I mentioned before this is my to-go tool everyday and so far it hasnt stopped working (ive been using it for 2 months now).

**Recommendations to others considering Contact Center Compliance:**

Try it, there a many tools out there to scrub numbers, but Im sure you wont regret using contact center compliance

**What problems is Contact Center Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrubbing numbers is very important, I cannot address enough the need to scrub every number for cold calling purposes, so contact center compliance has helped me make sure that the numbers I call are not part of the DNC list.

**What do you like best about Contact Center Compliance?**

Compliance Guide Wizard is very helpful when reviewing multiple state laws. Ability to compare each state with each other. This is much user friendly than other tools.

**What do you dislike about Contact Center Compliance?**

Resetting my credentials. It takes a lot of effort to send a request via email instead of using the chat support. Make the option available through the chat app.

**What problems is Contact Center Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me ensure that we comply with the DNC rules. The laws per state differ from one another. This makes me more productive and efficient in providing our helping our stakeholders make an informed decisions.
