With that being said, it's better to see more than what you need versus seeing less, so I appreciate the capability to search by keywords at all. Of course location is the first criteria before pricing but then I can sort right from the search view by bid dates, type of project, and if there are documents available. One of the greatest perks are the documents; most often they will have the specs, drawings, and any future addendums all in one tool. **What do you dislike about ConstructConnect Project Intelligence?** The project values do not always reflect the value of the entire project, I suspect that in those cases the value may have been an engineering value and not the final value. However, when a substantial value is listed, it is usually close to the actual amount. **What problems is ConstructConnect Project Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** ConstructConnect (CC) is a one-stop-shop for us. CC can eliminate the need to possess multiple accounts you have setup by client (some of which comes at a cost) as well as show clients that you are not already tuned into. The ability to setup email notifications has tremendously helped our group to react quicker to invitations to bid. We have several daily email notifications we have setup that drill down to location, customer, value, and bid date.
