What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I really like using all of the features of Constant Contact when I first got the service I wasn’t really using everything, but then I started diving deeper into all of the different features that they have and you really can do everything here. You can manage social media, send out text message and email blast, etc. there’s a lot going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

It can get costly depending on how many contacts you have so that’s been a hurdle of our ours. Also, it is a little confusing to understand which emails are good and which are bad because they suspend some emails but that doesn’t mean that they’re bad emails so I would wish that there was some kind of clarification with that. That way we don’t have a lot of dead contacts in our database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Contacting people and sending out new deals is mainly what we use it for. We also use it for newsletters and it helps keep everybody informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
