What I like best about Advanced Automation is how much time it saves. Being able to set up automated email series based on contact actions—like when someone joins a list or clicks a specific link—helps us stay consistent with follow-ups without needing to do everything manually. It keeps our communication timely and relevant, which is great for nurturing relationships. The workflows are easy to build, and once they’re set up, they just run in the background, which gives us more time to focus on other areas of the business. It's a really helpful feature for staying organized and making sure no one slips through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside of Advanced Automation is that it can feel a bit limited compared to more complex automation tools. For example, branching logic is pretty basic, and you can’t always set up more advanced workflows based on multiple conditions. It also takes a bit of trial and error to understand how everything connects, especially if you're new to automation. That said, it works well for most standard needs—but if you’re looking for really detailed segmentation or complex automation paths, it might fall short. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
