There are so many things I love about console cloud. First and foremost, I love having access where ever I am. The team are responsive and very knowledgeable. We have the option of suggesting process improvements and they do get implemented improving the system continuously. Some of its amazing features are the rent review and lease renewal process. I also took advantage of integrating forms live into this process to make it even more user friendly and avoid manual processes. I love the automatic rent arrears notices. The task function is a simple but useful tool to allocate and diarise the follow up of inquires. This is a point of difference for property managers. I love the maintenance work flow which is also integrated with Maintenance Manager. Again set and forget. I cant rave enough about the EOM process. I love that this program keeps evolving to ensure we remain competitive in todays market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sales Section is very poor. They have now upgraded and we had a trial it is still very poor if not worse and now they charge you for it never part of what we signed up for. You can not look at tenant transactions without downloading it. It is not easy to track owners funds. Very difficult to track outstanding invoice or to do a search for them. The very best thing with console cloud was that although we had already made the decision to change over we had several events happen that left us in a huge predicament a couple of days prior to end of financial year. One phone call and the change over began earlier than expected and we have not looked backwards since! The initial period of change over was not even that bad but all staff were thrown in the deep end with very limited training and between the ease of new program and support staff things got back in to routine very quickly. Most of the initial issues that we had with console cloud have now been rectified or changed and that is another great thing - improvement ideas are all taken on board. The only thing that I think still needs to be worked on is the sorting or searching options but I have no doubt this will already be in the pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility it provides as been cloud based and that any suggestions provided to Console Cloud are actually listen to and taken on board. The usability of the set up means information from the Property/Owner/Tenant screens is easily found. Currently dont have any 'dislikes' with the program, if there has been issues in the past Console Cloud has listened and implemented solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that the program is portable and can be accessed on most devices. Means I can send work orders from my car after conducting inspections Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Console Cloud has been one of the best property management systems that I've used to date. When used to its full potential, you will find that there are many time-saving features that will help your team work more efficiently.
