What do you like best about Consider?

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Consider: the product, the founder, the customer support team, and the sudden steep price increases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consider?

The product does not work as advertised. Their founder overpromised and underdelivered on the original sales call in order to get our business. Once the product was setup for us there were errors from the start and all along the way which they failed to correct and then blamed on their lack of engineering resources. Further down the road, the company gave us a month's notice before wanting to increase our price by thousands of dollars. This is a poorly built software and a bad customer experience. When there are so many great options out there, it would be unwise to choose Consider your solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Consider?

Through a personalized process, Consider helped us launch our job aggregator platform seamlessly. It was an effective method of allowing our firm aggregate all jobs across our portfolio, which was well received by our candidate population. Shane was always responsive and accomodating. What do you like best about Consider?

Consider is the most intuitive recruiting tool I've used in my career. The ability to aggregate data across LinkedIn/GitHub/Twitter and display it in such a great UI is a huge value-add to my workflow.

Being able to get super granular with the different fields (i.e. - want to find an infrastructure developer who's a veteran in San Francisco with 7+ years of experience that has been promoted quickly?) is an incredible feature while also being able to break down whether these are folks I'm connected to or someone in my org is connected to.

On the job board side, big fan of the options here. Consider can pull publicly-listed roles from our portfolio (if they have a careers page) but, since oftentimes they do not, the option to upload one-off roles is another fantastic feature.

Lastly, the customer support team is top notch and incredibly responsive. Have always had a great experience with the team as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consider?

The only downside with Consider v. some other platforms is that the skillset/features/fields are fixed. If there is a technology or company not currently in Consider's database, the team must approve it first (which they do quickly) but it can hinder specific searches Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Consider?

Consider's platform is designed to service clients efficiently and proactively. Their support team has been extremely helpful in managing our onboarding. Their product is a definite improvement on our past service provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Consider?

I needed a job board that could aggregate all of the open jobs within my firm's ecosystem of portfolio companies. I looked at a dizzying amount of job board solutions and most were either antiquated, really inflexible, or cost an arm and a leg. Consider not only provided the exact solution we needed to showcase the open jobs within our ecosystem, but they also did it at a very reasonable price. The Consider team is very attentive and helpful and worked with us to accommodate our workflows. The end result is a job board that saves my team significantly in time spent.
