Consensus has repositioned how I operate. It stops the endless cycle of repeat live demos; prospects can just click through a personalised version on their own time.

Although generally excellent, startup and initial education of certain advanced features are a little high. Only a serious effort can get one to master all the customization options. Additionally, I have also realized that the dashboard is a little slow to load at times, particularly when retrieving complex reports, and this has been disrupting the workflow at times during peak times. What do you like best about Consensus?

The ease of use is what I like best. It’s really quick and easy to add a link to an email, and I can search through content in a matter of seconds to determine which demo is best to send to a customer. It quickly answers many of the customer’s questions upfront, which makes qualifying the customer much easier and far less time-consuming. Honestly, nothing really. It has only made the process quicker and gives customers much more information upfront without the need for additional resources. What do you like best about Consensus?

I have found the blur tool while recording to be the one feature i didn’t realize i had always wanted. I was doing a tutorial walk-through of our hr system for on-boarding purposes; employee records were behind me as i walked and rather than having to re-record everything (which would’ve been painful), i was able to blur them and send the link to stakeholders the same afternoon. I’m exhausted after a long shift and i am still thinking about how much time this saved me. The feedback side of things is great too. Stakeholders can leave comments pinched to specific times within videos and don’t have to create an account. This may seem like a small thing but it allows me to get helpful notes back as opposed to vague replies to emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

While the Consensus is great in many ways, the editing capabilities are very limited. If your project requires more than simple cutting or trimming of the video, then you will have to export your video and edit it elsewhere. To some degree, this defeats the purpose of what Consensus provides. I really appreciate the simplicity of creating demo boards with Consensus, which I can do in a very short space of time. It is magnificent the streamlined scientific evidence collection and presentation process. The agreement simplifies it to a great extent to draw the appropriate studies and reference them properly, which is essential to our study. The AI-powered search functionality is especially my favorite; it helps me identify connections between works that I would otherwise have not noticed. Although the AI search is efficient, the results are at times too general and need further refinement. What do you like best about Consensus?

I find Consensus very efficient for sharing videos about our platform, Raquel, allowing viewers to understand it quickly without the need for a full demo. It saves me time and is efficient. I also like how it helps in qualifying interesting leads and disqualifying less interesting ones. The user interface of Consensus is simple and smooth, which makes it easy to use. This is a huge help since my priority is saving time. I know exactly where to find what I need, whether it's demos or favorite videos, and I can share links quickly with leads. Plus, being able to see stats on who viewed the demos and how many times helps me target effectively. Setting up Consensus was very easy, and I appreciate that it integrates with Gmail. It's hard sometimes to find the right videos because they are not divided into different categories. There is no nice categorization of different solutions or different languages. I love how easy it is to customize and package video content together into one demo that can be shared with prospects. I also really like the reporting capabilities as we can generate reports on various metrics and see which video content is resonating with prospects. The initial setup of users, teams, and content was very easy, and our customer success manager provided us with training guides and answered all of our questions to help us drive internal adoption. The permissions section in Consensus can be a bit confusing at times as permissions for content can be granted at demo level, folder level and user level. I think Consensus is an easy-to-use platform. It's really user-friendly, which is great because I never even took an intro course or did a tutorial to learn how to use it. I just logged on and taught myself how to navigate. I also like that you can track the analytics on it. It's intuitive, and I appreciate how user-friendly it is. What do you dislike about Consensus?

One thing that I don't like is that you need to create a different demo playlist for each prospect. I wish you kinda just have pre-saved playlists, that you could replicate for prospects instead of having to create a new one from scratch each time. It's frustrating to go in, create a demo playlist, select which videos you want, go through all the process information, and copy-paste. It's extra steps that I'd rather avoid since we send these out quite often. It's also great there are multiple options to embed Consensus within emails and LinkedIn DMs. I also enjoy the Demolytics functionality to understand how prospects are engaging with our materials. It often takes a bit of time to put together a Consensus demoboard, perhaps that's because as a company we have a lot of resources in our setup.
