I also like the accountability of the leadership, who are proactive about resolving issues. It's valuable that we get to meet the employees before contracting to ensure they are a good fit. Additionally, I appreciate their loyalty; we've had the same four contractors for over two years. The Connext team quickly adapted to our Invitae systems, such as Salesforce and our order processing system, and adopted best practices to become more efficient. They consistently keep us informed and serve as an effective liaison between our team and the Connext staff. Whenever issues arise or additional training is needed, they take the initiative to organize and implement solutions, then follow up to ensure progress is being made. This level of attentiveness and accountability makes the partnership especially valuable.

**What do you dislike about Connext?**

One challenge is the lack of a physical, in-person presence with the team, which can sometimes create a sense of distance. Additionally, there are cultural differences between our local office and the offshore team that we’re not always fully aware of. While we continue working to improve communication and collaboration, it would be helpful to have more structured opportunities—such as exercises or training—to better understand these differences and find ways to bridge the gaps.

Investing in one-on-one time with your team is critical, especially early on. Building those relationships from the start helps establish trust and sets a strong foundation for long-term success.

I love the great customer service that Connext provides. They set up meetings to discuss the process and answer any questions, and they are very friendly and professional. I appreciate that they provide offshore accounting and finance staff who are very well qualified and come at a reasonable cost. They handle everything with the candidates, including pay, benefits, and technology, and even arrange the original interviews. They make things as pain-free as possible for the hiring manager by taking care of all the details. They are responsive, friendly, and professional, and I am planning to work with them for an HR Manager need in the future.

Maybe respond a little bit faster with qualified candidates. The candidates had the correct qualifications, but they could provide the candidate information more quickly.

Connext provides us with support in managing Connext employees.  If we have an issue that requires escalation, Connext is always there to help us in resolving that issue directly with the Connext employee.  Connext is very much invested in the success of its Connext employees.

There isn't anything that I dislike about Connext.  They have been great to work with.

**Recommendations to others considering Connext:**

Give them a try.  You will likely be surprised.  They are not the typical staffing company that I have been used to working with 20+ years prior to working with Connext.  They are very invested in the success of their employees and clients.  Connext thoroughly screens its candidates to ensure the best possible fit for a vacant position.  Lastly, candidates have strong English language skills.  I was honestly surprised.

Connext is supplying our organization with quality candidates to fulfill vacant positions.  Connext is also providing HR/Management support for those candidates once hired, which helps us out so that we can concentrate on our responsibilities.

Connext has provided a practical way to expand capacity without the same cost and lead time associated with local hiring. Their team has generally been responsive and supportive during recruiting, onboarding, and when staffing adjustments are needed.

As with any external staffing model, there can be a learning curve as staff become familiar with our systems, workflows, and expectations. Performance can vary by individual, so some roles require more hands-on training and follow-up than others. In our environment, another challenge is that offshore staff can face limitations accessing certain customer EHR systems, as some facilities restrict access based on location or credentialing requirements, which can narrow where they are able to fully support workflows.

I've had a wonderful time finding and adding team members with specific skill sets through Connext to assist our revenue cycle management program. The different timelines also allow for better 24/7 coverage. I find their vetting process very accurate, and their discernment of skills needed is matched well with candidates. We're looking forward to expanding our relationship with Connext by adding more team members to help with scheduling and answering phones.

The business development team responded quickly, and the onboarding process was handled in a very structured way, which suggests a mature organization.

The pool of candidates who truly matched the job requirements wasn’t very large. Even though there were many applicants, fewer than a handful of candidates were forwarded to the company for interviews during the first three weeks.

**Recommendations to others considering Connext:**

I would definitely recommend them as an outsourcing company. Their structured approach after onboarding reflects a mature organization and business model. An operations manager (our main point of contact) was assigned right away, and we received weekly reports with statistics on the number of applicants. The screening process was quite rigorous, covering technical knowledge and communication skills, and even checking the applicant’s download/upload internet speed, which is important for remote workers.

The CEO’s goal is to reduce costs by outsourcing various functions within the Accounting department.

No downside yet that I have encountered, we did have a need to reduce the number of people who we hired through them and we had to pay for a few additional days but that was expected and outlined in our agreement

They are a global company so be open to their suggestions on options they suggest. We have found that they are exceptional finding us the right talent regardless of geography
