I've been using ScreenConnect for over four years, and it's a great product. It's one of the best ways to connect remotely to another system. We use it for assisting users with various remote issues and connecting to the back end to improve workstation functionality. ScreenConnect is incredibly helpful for support on non-customer machines with one-time connections. I really like the toolbox feature because it keeps a uniform set of tools available for our technicians. The backstage functionality is fantastic as it allows us to work on the machine without needing the user present. The ability to cut and paste within ScreenConnect is really helpful. It's integrated into NinjaOne, which makes monitoring and maintaining our machines super straightforward by allowing us to open a session with a single click. Setting up ScreenConnect was a no-brainer, very easy—we just installed the agents, and training our technicians only took a little while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cleaning up the back end and removing machines after they've been gone for a long time might be something we struggle with, and that's about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
