I've used TigerPaw, Autotask, and ConnectWise over the years and there is nothing about ConnectWise that I would consider a benefit especially when compared to what Autotask can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

We are managed Service Providers and connectwise is a great software needed for our type of business. it has CRM, help desk, ticketing system, project management etc. It helps to keep all our client data in one place and access their info when needed and that helps the search much easier and it saves time. Fairly comprehensive and pretty simple to use. It helps to submit a service ticket and get the status of the ticket as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise PSA?
