A few things don't make sense like you get 3 email notifications when you put in an entry and can't search a project ticket like you can a service ticket. Other than that I do like the program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

I like having the mobile app. I like being able to access my passwords on the go, so I don't have to login to a laptop or desktop all the time to get into my passwords or schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise PSA?

There's not a whole lot to dislike. Sometimes the app doesnt' sync up with the server and it can miss some information which can cause a scheduling snafu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The easy search functions & layout of service board is extremely organized. Love audit trail as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise PSA?

Not able to exclude types of tickets (alerts) from searches. They are auto-generated tickets and sometimes clog the view when doing searches but over all I can work around this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

ConnectWise is a great tool. It has hundreds of features available. You can tailor it to your individual business to suit your needs. It allows for permissions to keep private information safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise PSA?

I dislike it has a finance tool, I run reports out of ConnectWise but I don't feel any financial importance should be available in a tool accessed by the entire company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
