There is a large disparity between capabilities in the installed application and browser-based capabilities.

Naming conventions and changes to naming conventions are often difficult.

Interfaces are generally 'clunky' feeling.

What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate?

I like ConnectWise Automate's features before it was set to sunset and then moved to other RMMs. It was valuable for remote staff as it offered tools that SCCM lacked, like paste tools and file transfer options, which a standard homebrew couldn't provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate?

ConnectWise Automate had quite a few bugs, with one of the major ones being breaking updates, which sometimes made it unable to remote in due to updates. Also, devices with similar properties would absorb one another. The MAC/Serial address absorption was definitely a bigger issue, and having to redo installs was not fun.
