What do you like best about Connecto?

The best thing about connecto is that we can send personalized notification to the customer on web and APP both. That would help us to gerenate revelant leads for our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecto?

They can improve A/B test process for user notification. It is too complex for end user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connecto solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using the connecto for lead generation on our website. Using the Connecto we are able to send more personalized notification to the user with relevant targeting. That would help us to increase 20% lead generation from web and app notification. Also they are providing multiple templates to show the pop-ups and notification on website which is easy to use without making any tech guy help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mostly there are no challenges with only a very few instances where it takes a little longer than expected. However, that is not a huge challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration to Internal Sites , analysis and optimization also driving different aspects through rules which is very useful.Collaborative Document Editing,Team Collaboration and remote work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best part of this product is a company will never miss any call or message from the customer side, yet if didn't receive the call user will get the notification .

What do you like best about Connecto?

The best thing about Connecto is creating segments on user attributes and their behavioral characteristics. Then these segments can be used to send communication to users within the tool using push notifications or showing internal promotional banners in the form of slide-on, pop-ups, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecto?

The overall user experience of the product can be improved. The segment creation might not be the easiest to achieve but does the job, although it can surely improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connecto solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem being solved was showing relevant internal on-site campaigns to our users so that they see the most relevant offers and promotions rather than generic ones, which led to increase in conversions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
