**What do you like best about Connectly.ai?**

Connectly has become one of the main partners for our business in WhatsApp mass communications, currently the channel gives us excellent openness and engagement with our customers.

The team has online support that is always ready to help and resolve doubts. We feel very well accompanied throughout the process.

Another issue to highlight is the continuous improvement that they are always promoting, incorporating new features to the platform, analytics and flow of campaigns that allow us to reach the data more easily and that the creation of campaigns is done with just a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Connectly.ai?**

The support team is great, however sometimes certain issues depend on META, so they can't fix it right away, but they are attentive to it.

**What problems is Connectly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly technical with a particular template, or delay in loading information in the proactive message. Everything related to platform issues are resolved as soon as possible in less than 24hrs.

**What do you like best about Connectly.ai?**

Its interface is very intuitive, with very simple and fast processes. It allows communications to be activated in a short time thanks to the speed of template approval with Meta, which is a super differentiator from other providers. In addition to this, the Connectly team is very receptive to changes and requests for solvency in the shortest possible time.

**What do you dislike about Connectly.ai?**

There is an opportunity for improvement in your reports, shorter data options for general reports and not detailed ones by users.
In addition to this, the creation of audiences is very manual, today there is already the option to save segments but since it is not integrated with databases it makes it difficult to extract data from its platform and it ends up being a manual process. Although we were able to integrate it with our CRM, there are brands that would find it very useful to have these automations in audiences.

**What problems is Connectly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep our users informed of the benefits they can obtain with the brand, in addition to the dissemination of promotions that they will not be able to see so easily in our product. On the other hand, it allows us to reach users who are no longer as committed to our product and with this we avoid possible churned users.

**What do you like best about Connectly.ai?**

Create campaign flows in seconds, supported by artificial intelligence. Correction of phone number formats and verification of this data instantly and in the cloud, which helps you understand the real population you expect to receive the campaign. Reports that allow you to measure user interaction with any element of the campaign. To use it, you don't need to install anything, and they offer API documentation and support to help you implement integrations.

The creation of templates must be through a flow

Mass sending of campaigns without presenting the errors or blocks that other platforms generated for me

It is a very intuitive tool that allows you to communicate personalized messages using the formats it offers (audio, video, PDF), making your customers' experience more dynamic and enjoyable. The support is amazing when it comes to addressing any questions you may have.

**What do you dislike about Connectly.ai?**

There are opportunities for improvement in the monthly reports, as the process you have to carry out to extract the data is very manual. Overall it is an excellent tool. We recommend it.

Through the tool, we can reach our target customer more directly, creating a favorable experience regarding the campaigns we have monthly.

It is a very intuitive platform that brings great results with very low effort. The best thing I like about Connectly is that, it allows us to use our time in strategy and not it build campaigns.

I had not notice anything yet, I started working with Connectly just a few days ago but so far so good.

**What do you like best about Connectly.ai?**

It helps you build campaigns with AI which take no longer than 5 minutes. The abandoned cart flow is super quick to create and has amazing results.

**What do you dislike about Connectly.ai?**

Segmentation is a bit tricky since it's not automated and not connected to shopify, you have to do it manually. But overall, great tool for ecommerce businesses.

**What problems is Connectly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy and fast way to let our customers know about our promos or specificcampaigns. Recover abandoned carts and that reflects on revenue. Be more productive by reducing the time we spend comunicating our campaigns.

The best thing about Connectly is the timely help from all its professionals! They resolve all our doubts and issues in the shortest possible time!

**What do you like best about Connectly.ai?**

We build campaigns for multiple customers in South Africa, we make extensive use of the Connectly API. Vasi and his team have been great in helping us onboard and build Whatsapp experiences that customers love! They're always ready to assist and support us! Whenever Whatsapp releases new functionality Connectly has been quick in keeping us up to date and updating their API so that we can bring these new features to our own customers.

**What do you dislike about Connectly.ai?**

Not much to dislike, although if anything, the support cycle can be a bit long sometimes due to our time zone differences.

**What problems is Connectly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide us with API access to build bot flows on Whatsapp, allowing us to offer Whatsapp bots running things like competition campaigns as well as messaging for our radio station customers.

It is a very intuitive tool that has helped us to better understand the expectations of our clients and to have better communication with them. We continue to learn from this communication channel and the Connectly team has been very supportive in developing ideas and working as a team.

There are still things to improve in the look of the tool and in the generation of reports there are opportunities for improvement to make them more advanced.

We don't dislike anything but we don't use the assign feature much. I am sure it can be a very helpful feature for other companies.
