
As a support operator, the biggest win for me is having all channels — Telegram, Viber, website chat — in one single interface. I no longer need to switch between tabs or miss messages. The AI Copilot is a game changer: it suggests responses in real time while I'm chatting with a customer, which speeds up my replies significantly.
