What do you like best about ConnectiveOne (ex Kwizbot)?

As a support operator, the biggest win for me is having all channels — Telegram, Viber, website chat — in one single interface. I no longer need to switch between tabs or miss messages. The AI Copilot is a game changer: it suggests responses in real time while I'm chatting with a customer, which speeds up my replies significantly. What do you dislike about ConnectiveOne (ex Kwizbot)?

The platform is intuitive and efficient for processing user requests, making the daily work of our support operators much easier. The integrated AI tools significantly speed up responses and improve accuracy.
