**What do you like best about Connecteam?**

I can schedule employees easily, review time cards and daily reports quickly and efficiently.
Our small business Is able to stay more organized than ever and run more efficiently as we grow.
The support at Connecteam listen to suggestions! 
 My guys requested I add a field to our daily report form for images as opposed to only files, so I emailed the support team regarding the request and pretty quickly- that field was available for me to add to the daily report form

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

I haven't found any downsides. I recommend connecteam to every other business owner that mentions dealing with some of the issues we used to have.

**What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that Connecteam has helped our business solve are scheduling, Daily reporting and time tracking .
Scheduling has become simplified and clear
Daily reports are automatically sent to the office upon completion
we can easily see clock in- clock out times

**What do you like best about Connecteam?**

I like that only items assigned to you shows up, I like that it emails you when new items are assigned. I like once completed the assigned items go away.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

You cannot review the test and see what items you got wrong. The view is easier on the app than the computer and I do not allow nurses to use their phones at the nurses station.

I like that Connecteam supports small businesses. 

It's an app for every HR function I need for only 9 employees. Before I was paying an astronomical amount for something that did the bare minimum

So far, nothing.connecteam has every feature I need for my team and it's extremely helpful.

**What do you like best about Connecteam?**

It is easy to use both desktop and phone.  The private chat feature is much better than using meta.  The efficiance of it being worked based and not mixed with social. Time Clock is included.  Additionally having a place with reference material available in the same app is a game changer.  It just has all the feature we would need so far.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

Help Desk wasn't as useful for us so we discontinued using it.  Since we are a small company the chat feature works best for us.

It put everything we need in one app.

I like the forms and how you can generate the hours report in Connecteam. They are very useful and easy to handle, and it's also simple to edit if there's an error. Additionally, the initial setup of Connecteam was easy, even though it was necessary to configure some things.

The task assignment part sometimes gives my bosses problems.

I use Connecteam to connect with my employees and manage schedules, assignments, and forms. It is very useful, easy to handle, and allows for quick editing of errors in forms.

**What do you like best about Connecteam?**

I find Connecteam incredibly useful for simplifying staff scheduling and job allocations. It's made the process a lot easier for me, which is a significant benefit to my workflow. I appreciate the job scheduling feature, as well as the time clock capability, both of which are the most useful aspects of Connecteam for my needs. The software’s ease of use is another aspect I value greatly, to the point where it would make me choose Connecteam again without hesitation. I would effortlessly recommend it to others, considering its functionality and user-friendly nature.

**What do you like best about Connecteam?**

Our business has used the Operations hub in Connecteam at least every week since 2022 - primarily the time clock and forms functions. What I like the most about the software is the simple initial setup and it's just so easy for admins and employees to use. Being able to export the timesheets directly into MYOB has made my payroll process so much quicker and customer support is very quick and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

The downside of Connecteam is that I wish I had started using it sooner!

- Freeing up time for management team so we can concentrate on making sales

**What do you like best about Connecteam?**

We were using an excel sheet prior to this program for our small team. However it was tough for everyone to remember to log their times individually and then we were left with trying to decipher when people actually clocked in and out.  As soon as we started using Connecteam, the team found it really simple to use and it was easy to implent Payroll and Timesheet reviews were cut down drastically. Some of our staff use the mobile app while others use the desktop version. We find it much easier to track how much time is used on tasks while keeping timesheet reporting clear and conscise. Connecteam has been easy to use daily and I cannot imagine not using it going forward.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

There is a new feature when you go to download time sheets it now sends you a link to download the files which is less efficient than how it would just previously download the PDF or other formats right to your desk top.

**What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of time used on different tasks and is allowing us a better understanding of where time is used and where we need to allocate more hours. It speeds up review of timesheets and Calendars.

At times, the app fails to function properly when connected to Wi-Fi, and I have to switch over to mobile data for it to work.

**What do you like best about Connecteam?**

The extent of features, ease of use (particularly in the chat function), training/onboarding materials, and the UI are amazing. Super easy to use. It barely takes any explaining for our staff. I also really like the social media-esque feel of the news feed. It definitely encourages more involvement. Our team members are on the app all of the time. As a whole, Connecteam has made a world of difference in helping us build community at our office.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

When making a group chat, it requires us to name it. That gets super annoying when we just want to send a quick group message that won't be used regularly. We've also had issues with the ADP connector/bridge/integration.

More than anything, Connecteam is helping us to build trust and community within our team.

I like that Connecteam offers app notifications to users' phones which solves our communication challenges since emails and Facebook pages don't reach most of our team. Now, our team members get notifications straight to their phones, and we can also see who has viewed them. Additionally, I appreciate the analytics feature. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

There’s no repeating event feature and we utilize repeating events frequently.

Connecteam solves our communication issues by sending notifications straight to team members' phones, ensuring message delivery, and letting us see who has viewed them.

What I like best about Connecteam is its simplicity and efficiency. The interface is intuitive, so our team adopted it almost immediately without much training. I love how all core functions—time-tracking, scheduling, task management—are in one app. It saves us from juggling multiple systems.

I like Connecteam overall, but there are a few downsides — the mobile app sometimes glitches, and the customization options for reports are quite limited. Also, the pricing increases noticeably as your team grows.

Creating new jobs, adding employees can sometimes be clunky.  I feel like I have to search before I finally see how to do those tasks.

My only wish would be that if I had two tabs open they would automatically refresh as I sometimes need to work in one area while viewing another.

The app makes scheduling, time tracking, and communication incredibly simple. It's user-friendly for both management and staff, and the customisation options have allowed us to tailor it to our specific operational needs. so far nothing other than is not setup for Xero New Zealand the birth country of the founder of Xero

Connecteam has helped us solve several key challenges, particularly around workforce coordination, communication, and compliance. Before using it, managing schedules, tracking time, and keeping staff updated across multiple sites was inefficient and prone to errors. Now, everything is centralised in one platform—staff can clock in/out via mobile, receive updates instantly, and access key documents and training. This has improved accountability, reduced admin time, and increased overall team efficiency and satisfaction.

I like using Connecteam for staff time clock and scheduling. It helps with speeding up payroll and making it more accurate. I appreciate the 'clock in via app' feature, especially since we had no good system before and were relying on paper and texting. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and I haven't faced any issues while using it.

**What do you like best about Connecteam?**

I like that its one app that can be used to provide paystubs, commission reports, performance metrics and estimated pay. I know that if a stylist needs information about a designer that they can reference the designer files in the knowledgebase. I love being able to acknowledge someone's hard work through updates and recognitions! I love it ALL and that its all in one. I use it constantly throughout my day as a Finance & HR Manager.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

It was a little hard to figure out at first. I needed one time clock that we could use for retail employees with a set break time and remote employees that sometimes work in the morning and then not again until the evening. I think I finally figure everything out. Except that when I mark an employee as exempt from overtime because they are salary, it they want to track they real hours it has been adding to their estimated pay when it shouldn't be.

It solved our much inferior timeclock and scheduling app problem. "Shifts" was very simple and free for a long time. The amount they wanted to start charging was insane for getting nothing from it. This helps me train new employees and update SOPs remotely. It has been a little hard learning to run the labor reports that I use daily to determine how many hors were worked that day and the total cost. It has helped employee morale and efficiency with timecards for payroll. Honesty I would have no issue paying for it because it has everything we could possibly need.

**What do you like best about Connecteam?**

COnnecteam has been an extremely useful tool for employee management, data collection from the field. We also use it for time keeping, documentation for jobs, scheduling jobs...pretty much everything.  It has great ease of use.  The learning curve was relatively short.  Highly recommend this product!  Also can't say anything negative about customer support when running into questions or snags.  They are extremely responsive.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

They are constantly upgrading / adding features...which is awesome.  Sometimes some features are only available from a computer rather than a phone.

**What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of massive amounts of daily data.  We service 155 swimming pools per day.  Our field team is able to fill out a service report at each property, including any additional billables directly from their phone.  This info is immediately available to back office personnel.    This, along with attendance and timeclock tracking sums up the major use for us.

**What do you like best about Connecteam?**

The cost efficiency for the functions and abilities that you have to manage your team and tasks of team members are the most helpful for our team. It was easy to learn and apply to our scheduled in a quick and easy way. We use it daily for task management and monthly to make sure our schedules stay on track. It pairs with our other programs and software well because of the easy to understand interface. Any time that we have reached out to support we were able to get the answers we need quickly!

The inability to see all things on one screen.

The most helpful features of connecteam are the simplicity and also the easy user interface especially for the team.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

My only complaint about the connecteam is not having the option to turn off the timesheet for management or admin as the manager isn’t the platform for the team I don’t use a team sheet as I’m in salary but I use the app to manage employees for the business. And the platform always instructs me to fill in my timesheets

Connecteam helps with handling payroll, employee availability properly organized timesheets as well as employee clock-ins and out.

**What do you like best about Connecteam?**

Helps to save draft shifts and publish at a later date. The notifications and reminders to employees about accepting shifts is a great feature. It has made my job so much easier with bank staff so I don't have to contact each one individually. It also has a built in database for employee documents, forms for updating personal info and much more. Job tasks can be added so these can be paid particular attention to and marked off when completed. Saves paperwork and rewriting job sheets. Tracking holidays is now with ease.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

Whilst the app does log hours correctly, the only bug is if you have a shift on a Friday which ends on Saturday the hours show on the next day. So quite often, when we have a working week Sunday to Saturday I have to run the timesheet report Sunday to Sunday so I don't miss any hours worked which have crossed over to the beginning of the next week (having gone past midnight). Hopefully some feature would be added for cut off point then wage sheets can be printed just Sunday to Saturday.

As an admin I would love for the mobile app to have all the admin features that are offered as if you were on desktop. I am not always in front of my computer, so having all features on the mobile app would really facilitate when I am away from my computer.

It's very simple to schedule jobs, and either appoint team members to them, or allow team members to put their names forward for open shifts. It's also very easy for team members to clock in and out, so that I can sign off timesheets for payroll every week. Its a very user-friendly system.

Nothing so far! We have been using Connecteam fully for a month or so, and have had no issues.

Connecteam has completely streamlined the way we operate. From scheduling to communication, it puts everything our team needs at their fingertips. I love how customizable it is! Even our less tech-savvy team members picked it up quickly, which says a lot. It’s efficient, intuitive, and has genuinely improved our daily operations. Our favorite features are the centralized communication and employee scheduling! The setup was so easy, and I loved the videos throughout each section.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

While I’m very happy with Connecteam overall, there are a couple of areas I’d love to see improved. I wish there were more flexibility in the pricing structure; some features we’d love to use are locked into bundled upgrades, and it would be great if we could select certain tools à la carte without committing to the full hub. I’d also love to see a simple way to track and mark when staff call out or are unavailable for their scheduled shift, right within the scheduling or time clock module. Nothing major, but small additions like these would make an already great platform even better.

Communication is way more organized; we’re not chasing people through texts or sticky notes anymore. Scheduling is smoother, time tracking is accurate and assigning daily tasks or callbacks is actually manageable now. We’ve built out a training hub too, so new team members aren’t guessing their way through the first week. It’s helped clean up a lot of the chaos and given us a simple way to keep things running without micromanaging every little detail.

The fact that staff claim shifts I place and that it collates payroll hours for my accounting sfotware. Previously we had to do all this manually with spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

It is not yet flexible enough to have staff earning different rates for different tasks on shifts without double entering every shift. For example a cleaning shift at bells bank requires 6 people. two floor polishers, 2 window cleaners and 2 people on vacumm cleaners. Bob is qualified to drive the floor polisher which is a higher rate. He also accepts shifts as a window cleaner at a lower rate to make ends meet. The only way to do this at present is to list the shift at bells bank three times.

Staff assign themselves to shifts I do not ned to attend to it. It collates their hours on site and works with my payroll software

I love how simple and clean it is. I don't use all the features, but what I need it for, it excels at. It was very easy implementing it with my team and the learning curve was small to nonexistent. I was able to customize the different aspects for my business to make the experience of using it that much smoother. The way it's set up, you can stay extremely organized across many different aspects of your business.

**What do you dislike about Connecteam?**

The only thing I wished was more optimized is the admin part of the app. I understand that there's a lot there, so optimizing it becomes difficult, but it would be nice if the interface could be messed with a bit.

**What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily needed to use the scheduling aspect and the document uploading portion, and both those work great and cut down the busy work of setting that stuff up. I can plug and play when I need to.
