I like the most about Conga CLM is it's integration functionality. we have Integrated it with X Author. It helps me to Modify the contracts and it is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product in whole is a great product, with great end user experience, used in day to day activative to create and update the contracts, which is easily configured with other products. Admins configure and implement the our usecases without any issue. And if there is any issue we always have the customer support who are always available to assist us. They are the best in their field, they are one-click tool which saves a lot of our time, and they dont break easily even if they are used by multiple users at the same time, implementation happens quicker than usual has they have features for everything, Ive heard customer support is also great! The interface for Conga Contracts can be a bit user unfriendly due to the time it takes to learn what fields apply to where when running more in-septh reports or performing bulk edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
