Whenever you have an issue there is a great community page to get answers from and our account rep has always been great at responses. **What do you dislike about Conga Composer?** The interface is a little dated, but is still functional. Even if we hide the field using some conditions it takes some space on the document. We, at Paran Capital, love the ease of understanding and using this program. If we ever have a problem customer support is only an email away. Problems usually are resolved within the hour. Conga Composer is used every single day in our office. From the amount of features that are provided to the ease of integration from our old system to new this sofware makes our job a lot easier. **What do you dislike about Conga Composer?** The only downfall of Conga Composer is if the system is "Down" we can not send any contracts and the time frame always varies. The system is not down much but when it is it can really back up our work. **What problems is Conga Composer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our old system was 90% manual input. With Conga Composer we type in the bits of information we need and with a click of a button our contracts are generated and auto populated for signatures. The benefit is our turn around time now for generating and sending contracts. We were sold on this product under the assumption it could do everything that Adobe can do, which it cannot. Users of this product described it as being clunky, disorganized, confusing and "spammy" looking. The obnoxious amount of emails it sends when a document is out for signature is overwhelming. In addition, configuring ANY custom write back tag is NOT easy. There are hardly any setup guides to help with a Salesforce specific organization. Conga Support cannot help if there is a need to create a custom merge field. There are limitations to optional or required write back tags and there is no in between. The amount of time to get up and running from date of purchase was almost a year - inexcusable and unacceptable. Scheduling reminders and using Conga within our Salesforce configuration work so well together. All of our employees are able to easily use Conga for all of our contract needs. It's been easy to use and train our sales team to use. It has drastically reduced errors on our contracts. **What do you dislike about Conga Composer?** I haven't come across any real downsides. I often remind our internal teams that Conga's only limitation is that it's relying on accurate and complete data from Salesforce so if something isn't working right, we have to go back and look at the source which is salesforce. **What problems is Conga Composer solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to use a shared Google doc to create our order forms and every sales person would take creative liberties or re-work contract language that we actually have standardized or they would copy an older version. Now, I control the standard language and product descriptions and we have more uniformity.
