How easy it is integrated with the microsoft word and there are so many features that it can gives results that easily suit are business implementations. We have a Salesforce Subscription just for Conga Composer. We can throw anything at it and get what we need. Our contracts can be quite complex. We have over 80 word and pdf documents that are combined into a single pdf, merged with hundreds of fields. We have if/then statements within Word to show or hide just the right text for different state laws. We have custom links and automatic field updates. Our Conga Composer merges all these fields together into a single zip, then passes this document straight into Conga Sign where our clients can sign in-person. For more complex solutions, Conga Composer + Solution isn't very intuitive when editing templates, and the documentation has proven to be incomplete. I have had to work with support pretty closely to meet our business requitements. Luckily their support team is extremely knowledgable, responsive, and friendly. What I like most about Conga Composer is the ease with which it creates the documents and the reports. It fits well with Salesforce as is a big plus as we can fetch data from there straight and fill in templates that are tailored to our needs with no effort. It has been helpful for us as it takes a lot of time for preparing contracts, invoices and providing proposals. The biggest issue users face while working with Conga Composer is quite often setting up the package and customizing templates. In situations where the documents use numerous dynamic fields, It may be very time consuming to fine tune everything to ones’ liking. There is also some problem with Salesforce integration, sometimes it does not refresh data to update current changes you may find yourself dealing with a delay or manually correct the whole thing.
