What I love most about Configurator is that it truly does cover your entire sales-to-production process. Configuring products, calculating pricing, sending quotes to customers, securing an order, and generating engineering documents are all done much quicker and easier. I can appreciate that it is a one-stop service, that a workflow from start-to-finish can be implemented through the program. It allows for a pooling of resources reserved for several programs into one program that can handle all aspects of our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it was a little more user-friendly. It's not as intuitive as I would hope it would be. The menus and button workflows could use a little updating and quality control to make sure that they are most efficient in their steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that It is very convenient to use for design and configuration process. I normally used it for my research, and my research were related to design and simulation. Some softwares are very hard to use because it has many functions and difficult interface to learn. However, this this software has very simple interface easily access all the functions. Some functions are not very useful to use. I only used few functions because others are not very useful in my research. In addition, in some reason, I could not install in Mac. I spent a lot time to solve this issue but it was hard to figure it out. Some functions I used in this software was not very satisfied because it was not fully covered my design.
